So you will run and avoid hits from hitscan weapons for 2 min?

2 x 2d rails = 36.8 dps = 4416 raw damage for 2 min .... And trust me, as further you get as easier will be for a hitscan weapon to hit you. It is a "point and click adventure"

P.S. It is up to you how you play the game but the time-tested approach is:
Submit to interdiction , select nearby system while evading and high wake as soon as FSD cools down (The period is far shorter if you submit than it would be if you loose interdiction mini-game)

lol I have never flaunted my experience or rank as part of my argument even if it would make them more credible. Bottom line, we're just better at basic math then you, and your weak attempt at ad hominems seals your defeat. My goal was never to make you look like an idiot. It's to make sure newbies get good information and understand that your fantasy notions of Top Gun rhetoric (ie: I feel the need for speed) are best left in the Roleplay section. Your willful ignorance is your problem.

That said, I'm surprised Saka didn't point out it is possible to engineer a blockade runner Imp. Courier that has the speed to get away. It can only hold 2-16 tons, but 'might' make it? Generally speaking though, any real trader isn't going to run fast enough even with a "derp all cargo" activation. So go sulk in your corner. I'll be waiting to correct your next inane recommendation.

btw. i like top gun, as mentioned above

joke aside. we all have our prefered ships and own styles to fly, no need to quarrel about it. im sure sakashiro could build a damm fast running courier, snowblood if i remember right was her baby.. i personal never dropped cargo to a fu..... pirat or ganker. i prefer all or nothing. most slower ships have much more mass instead of the lighter and faster ones.. but fast enough for ramming them into pieces if you boost in the right moment

Nah, for that sort of job I'd recommend Cutter or Python.
