KCPunkIf it potentially gives us a better shot at either getting our system back, or getting away from this horrendous group, I'm all for it. No, I haven't heard about the rework yet.

Just seem like bullies to me and take advantage of us small groups for their own RP benefit. Kinda crap.

Have you tried diplomacy? You know, the enemy of my enemy... etc.

Here's something i'm trying to wrap my head around. If this is just a game when we end up blasted to pieces, and annoyed by their how i shall put it? "Mildly" annoying personality than why some peoples making so much ruckus about it if we decide to avoid them? (to put it nicely...) This is after all as they said, just a game.

Not to mention the sort of community management some allows to themselves, than wondering what's the issue?
And than there's that part how their own employees respect company property. (Their own work!!!) JWE2 for the starter.
And yet again? They are wondering what's the issue.

Anyone else having issues with restore missions not updating after restarting the power? For nearly all of the recent missions I've done, the game acknowledges that I have arrived at the settlement, accepts that the regulator is in place and that power has been restarted, but does not update the mission to leave the settlement and collect the reward.

So, I guess I don't get to collect any of the increased reward components, only fines for not finishing missions.

Your description is a bit vague, so I cannot tell if it is the same bug I encountered months ago, whereby upon disembarking there was no mission objective in the top right corner and no “Objective completed” message upon engaging the power regulator.

When that bug hit me, sometimes relogging while in the SRV did help (the mission objective would appear in the corner and then everything went fine).

That sounds like what I am encountering. I'll give the re-logging a try.

Is it just me, or did they make the orbit lines thicker. And now we have a new bug where there is sometimes a random yellow circle in some part of space?
22 Aug 2024, 9:28pm
So, you are not the only one with orbital line issues. More often than not, whenever I disable orbital lines they freeze in place rather than disappear.
22 Aug 2024, 10:06pm
Yeah I saw that too. Disabling and reenabling them can fix the issue (I think the default key is =)

But it baffles me how, with all the bugs they need to fix, they've gone and changed something (probably) noone asked for, and which imnsho looks worse.. I remember when they changed the scaling of planets, so they looked smaller from a further light year distance, and that was ok (making it more 'realistic' is fine if noone asked for it). But now with the changes with the orbit line thickness it just looks silly. AND there's now another bug

Glial2Is it just me, or did they make the orbit lines thicker.

From the update notes:
Adjusted orbit lines to display cleaner in various instances.

Glial2And now we have a new bug where there is sometimes a random yellow circle in some part of space?

Yes, we do. Probably the same issue as them remaining frozen instead of disappearing when one tries to disable them (feel free to vote on that issue, BTW).

Glial2But it baffles me how, with all the bugs they need to fix, they've gone and changed something (probably) noone asked for, and which imnsho looks worse.

Well, the old orbit lines did look pretty bad if you used supersampling. Not that I asked for that to be fixed, as I normally fly with them off, enabling them only occasionally for brief moments.

It's good to hear there was something positive that came from the change (orbit lines did look pretty bad if you used supersampling)

But with the number of times the population slider bug has been reported, along with the throttle to zero when opening carrier management (I'd be curious if anyone knows why that got changed), as well as a host of other issues, I'm reluctant to think the issue tracker is useful for anything except the most game-obliterating bugs

I will still vote on the issue tho

And i just filled the second block slot exacty as anyone whom falsely accusing others deserve. there's no forgiveness to certain things regarding to their consequences. And after this? There won't be any listening debate edifying or whatsoever in the topic. And some peoples? Do better to not bring it up. We know what i'm talking about and how it ended aren't we? Exactly as i predicted, and said back than.

And they are unlike me? Exactly what i said... Same old, same old. Time always proves me right. The problem? This not gets the consequences humiliation and wounds go away.
