Son of khzvoltzwait wtf am i talking about, i ment farseer

i have winters stuck in my head for some reason

And prof Palin if you want a decent thruster upgrade, but for
that you first need Quent... (try not to rage-quit before that
happens, ok?)

So yea, lot's of sht left to take care of. Also, don't forget to
unlock Broo Tarquin too. If you still wanna go with beam
lasers, a G5 efficient mod is what you need. And you'll
probably have to take a quick detour to Lei Chung for your
shields, after you've made The Dweller rank 3 1/2...

What's the good news... wait, wut was the gud news again?
Ow yea... huge boosts in everything you can think of. And
stuff like that. Anyways, have fun.

Edit: Also while you're at Farseer, make sure you do your
sensors lightweight. Neat little trick, and quite efficient.
Been around for about a couple of months, didn't even knew
it was there until i checked it a while ago. Me, i managed to
drop 60T off of my 8A sensors (wich are ridiculously heavy)
and gain a bonus in power used, with negligible loss in integrity
and about 2° loss in targeting arc radius. Bottom line, totally
WORTH IT!!

Well, guess that's it. GL and hav fun.

got him rank 4/5 he told me where he was, i still need to do all the unlocks

also, i have enough to trade in my DBX for a ASPS, any ideas on what i should do with them, keep the DBX or get the scout

Keep the DBE: even a grade 3 FSD range boost takes it to roughly 46LY jump range, assuming you want something for exploring the Deep Beyond in.
19 May 2017, 8:25am
good idea, might also use it for some lightweight cargo runs
19 May 2017, 9:50am
If you want a great cargo runner the T6 is fab, for smallish runs. You can get 100t cargo missions to those medium-pad locations that you just can't get with the bigger rigs. They're like Ford Transits!
19 May 2017, 9:58am
Don't forget the python can also land on medium pads with a close to 300T cargo space...

With a fully upgraded FSD it can also manage a jumprange of something around 45LY.

I know, Right? Damn pythons stealing everybody's jobs again!

Yep, but for considerably more money...

No good sir, history books place it as a 20th century light commercial vehicle, although it appears it continued to be produced until mid 22nd century when the Shanghai-Dehli Motor Company ceased its production.

Personally I like to believe that transits still exist in Elites universe, trundling around on planet surfaces with their new ion engines

We call them SRVs.
19 May 2017, 2:42pm
No, I think she means like, litteral transits...

Like, You're on a planet's surface repairing your ship or gathering some resources, and an old man in a carpenter's company Ford transit just casually comes rolling buy, engines doing that medium diesel rattle we all know and love.

And then he drives towards you, lowers his windows and raises his finger to greet you.

"Oy, commandah, any idea 'ere I might foind the nearest gas pump?

Even with their upgrades, you can only get them in white.

Or blue with dark squares on the side where a sign used to be and patches of rust on the wheel arch that may or may not be stronger than the rest of the van all together

I wonder if Dolphin pilots also vape with one hand, make a phone call with the other and steer with their knees?
