And for my next trick, I will redecorate my Combat Mandalay and take it to ground (port under attack) in the next Thargoid invasion wave. This is the build and, on paper, it actually looks quite awesome. You can easily equip it with a cargo rack and repair limpets + AFMU to make it viable outside of ground ports or stations that can service you. And it still has an insane jump range and total range. Not sure what FDev truly had in mind with this ship. I've a hunch that the Mandalay will play a role in the colonization stuff, because it is in fact a long-range multi-purpose ship, as someone on Reddit mentioned.

I don't see any ground ports under attack currently, but yeah, the servers are still shutdown so it might change.

As those things can only appear on third-party sites when the player data does… need to wait for the server maintenance is out of the way.

They’re either doing additional work for the political pissing contest (in Elite), stuff so the servers are on fire less, or maybe they finally have stopped making the Thargoids sit around playing target practice for the obviously infallible humans.

But I don’t expect it to be the actually interesting thing, aka option 3.

Yeah, it looks very promising. I'd recommend installing a Caustic Sink, it makes life way easier, if choosing between it and the Xeno-Scanner, I'd rather go for the former. Though maybe you have a different approach. And why Tier 1 Shards? To keep that distributor from draining quickly?

Was thinking about the Caustic Sink as well, I usually run at least one of them to make life less stressful. With only 4 utility slots (as compared to the 6 on my PM2 I usually use) there's always a trade-off. Same goes due to the small distro. But the 2m*2s is also due to convergence: there are 2m on top and 2s on top, the other 2m are on the belly. I don't loose so much DPS and can keep the heat down and my distro up. I've also grown accustomed to have an AXMC (only medium available) for shooting scouts or hunters (especially if my modShards get screwed up).

Just managed to sneak in before the servers went offline (again) to find that player #1 in the PowerPlay 2.0 leadboard managed to acrue more than 1,000,000 merits in a week. So basically if they played 24/7, that equates to just under 100 merits per minute. How the hell is that possible?

You must be new... wait, you are not. I thought it's common knowledge that they suck at testing and or migrating new versions to live, causing weeks and weeks of server problems... every single time.
Something is not right in their "dev to live" process.

Wll, I guess there is no shortage of station conflicts this week. On top of the two invasions, there is at least 6 ports in reactivated controls.

No high gravity ‘fun’ this time around though.

Hello all,
I think many of you use EDSM as well as inara. I have a problem with the data update there. For example, visited systems are not taken into account and the travel log is not available. It is helpful to see where you have been to prevent unnecessary discovery flights.

Have any of you had this problem and do you know a solution?

INARA is slow to refresh and there is no solution I know about to this problem, updates comes every <> 15mn.

Hi, Ralph. Welcome!

I use EDSM as well. I have not encountered the issues you're describing; I quite enjoy the travel log/map features there. I recommend checking on your log upload process (confirming your API connection if you use a tool to do so or by manually uploading your logs to that tool). In any case, I'm not sure we should troubleshoot a different tool here (as opposed to just using/discussing it). Perhaps, if we do continue discussing it, we'd need to move this to another sub-forum (if Artie wants the conversation to continue here at all)?

You might find the EDCD Community Dev Discord helpful, especially the general-tools area, as it has channels for various tool support.

These were the players who had to submit exobiology data on a large scale. FDEV actually wanted to reset the ranks.
The top player (top agent) in my power is level 128. I also see it this way, that it is actually impossible to level up that quickly.
