I've been doing a ton of boom data/supply runs and surface scan missions around Irukama. Just started passenger missions while doing supply runs to kpelidoog (wish I had been doing them longer, way more profit) o7

Or basically any surface installation with +++ designation.
My odds have been about 1 out of 4 yield MEF's.
Be sure you have sufficient empty space in your mat's storage before starting a run.
I've picked up as many as 12 at a time.
And you have to wait about three weeks before you can hit any one installation a second time.
