Here's something funny. Just got my Pilot's Federation reputation, as a PMF, raised to friendly. They're handing out bonds for the Thargoids.

I don't think there is a reputation with the Pilots Federation as such. They're solely responsible for awarding the ratings for combat, trade and exploring.

Ah, I see what you mean. It's not a part of the site I use a great deal, tbh. It may be anything to do with the Pilots Federation presence at Shinrarta Dezrha, but I've never been there as it's a permit locked system. Sorry I can't be any better help.

Edit: Or do I mean Founder's World? It's one of those two...


"Shinrarta Dezhra" and "Founder's World" are more or less the same thing - Shinrarta Dezhra is the name of the system, while "Founders World" is the name of the planet IN Shinrarta Dezhra that Jameson Memorial orbits.

...being a newb myself here on Inara, just for fun i started reading from page 1 of Q&A & OOC....so when i have time i will go through the others as well...


but seriously guys...what a great stuff all!! I would recommend to search them out or revist them.....they are quite empowering/inspirational!

It seems meta-alloys act like Catnip on thargoids so much to a point they have to call another goids to help them sniffing all of them.

Ps: don't bring them guardians stuff or they will destroy you ASAP.

o7 Commanders, I have a question and I apologise in advance if this has been asked already, can't seem to find the answer anywhere. There was a CG called the path to colonia (or something like that) that ended a couple weeks ago and was wondering if anyone knows where the stations from that CG are being built. No problem if no one knows but if anyone has any information that would be great.

No idea if it already is known, but when you try to take extra juicy Passenger missions (meaning 30mil and above), the Mission server will bug out on you and reshuffle.

The mission might still reappear, but will just sit there teasing you.

yep. Just happened to me with a 45 million mission. Still. Picked one up to same location for 10 mil.


(It is to a station a very long way out from the entry star with a group who consider me their ally)

EDIT: the payouts appear to be largely influenced by distance from entry location - so those systems which have a 100,000+ distance for some of their stations may have high payouts generated for them

Getting booted from the mission board for trying to accept missions for >30m is intended. It's a stop-gap to prevent some broken payout formula from being exploited.

Yes. Their calculation for payouts is broken. Transport someone 20,000 ly system away but the station is near the entry star - get a few hundred thousand. Do a bulk passenger trip to 10ly system, but 100000k+ distance for station get 10 million +
