Deadeye SnipesLooking for some keen insight into faction civil wars. Our group had one the last few days and when I logged last night, even after our group had killed hundreds of ships in cz and doing massacre missions didn't grant any influence increase, we were still up by 10%. When I logged in this morning, we were tied, the civil war was over, and our base was flipped? Is there some kind of cap on influence and only good for within a certain time frame?
Good morning good Sir, and belated Merry Christmas to you and all others out there as well.
Regarding your question, what you described seems a bit strange so to speak. But before going at that, let's look into the possible States and their durations:
(Please note that this is a older list that doesn't account for the newer Retreat and Investment States, but should be enough to get the point across).
As to your question at hand, when you say you had your station flipped, you mean that your MF (Minor faction) lost it's rule over it? Despite you being ahead by 10%?
Also, that you were tied after being so far in the lead can only mean that other players were working against you. In a regular PvE setting the NPC AI never can win against a player-supported MF.
Regarding the cap you've mentioned, unless FD finally got around and fixed things, there's a bug in effect that is being exploited by quite a few people these days.
As with the 2.2 update, it seems there still is a hard cap regarding how much a MF can gain influence per day. But there is seemingly no hard cap on how much one can lose, meaning that a leading MF can be utterly wasted within 1-2 days, completely ruining the effort of dozens of people. This is very true when being in a War / Civil War and supporting only one MF.

Well that sucks. What I don't get though is that I thought you had to be ahead by a minimum of 5% to win a war or it continues past the 3 day minimum, yet we were tied at the daily update and still lost our base and the war ended. And it was already showing another pending civil war because were were exactly tied at 35.8%. And Merry Christmas/Happy Chanukah all!

Am I crazy? Or does that look rather reminiscent of an Asp Explorer?

Ryan MurdocThat is quite strange indeed, and worth a bug report to FD in my eyes.
How would one go about making such a thing?

My little brother had a lego variant of the "Ghost" and we had made the visual connection months ago.

Afaik and i am kind of sure about that, you only need the season pass. All updates will then be downloaded by your launcher. If you have any issues, check Steam or your ED launcher and validate your files. If all that doesn't help, try reinstalling the game, i guess. I had a similar issue with Horizons after my year long break in ED.

You should not need to make any more purchases. Owning Horizons should give you access to any of the 2.x updates.
