I know, right? This thing looks like a proper space ship, and I bet it handles like a pig - which I rather like on a chunky thugboat like this. I'm not sold on the spoiler, but with the right paint job (racing stripes) maybe. Just maybe.

Don't get me wrong I love my Python, it is a fantastic miner and so far has been a good combat ship. But what bothers me is that I don't pilot it from the center, you know the commander chair is offset. Drives me crazy when I try to land. So i picked up and Anaconda and not only am I in the center of a massive bridge but the window is free of frame rails. The anaconda doesn't handle as well but I also have engineered anything for it yet... hell I haven't even A rated it yet, pricey little bugger.

Simple terms:
The Anaconda's advantage is it can take a bigger yield per trip, letting you stay out longer each time.
The Python's advantage is it can land on medium pads, giving more options for selling prospects.

Yes, this is one of our Faction leaders who recorded it. He was as surprised as the rest of us that it had appeared in-game.

In an Anaconda you get a centered seat for a clear view.
True enough if that is important.
Personally my attention is on my entertainment console while mining. I watch movies.
The limpets do the looking. I just need to be able to hit an asteroid with a laser once in a while.
It's when you get into trouble that you will start to think about where your large pad landing options are.

The large pad does pose an issue. Oh well, I will keep the Python around i guess.
