Events and things like the DWE are community created and hosted events. It's unfortunate they're usually PC exclusive but it's simply something that comes with the territory.

That said, there are often Xbox 'Ship Meets' and the like and I imagine similar events for PS4. I recommend joining one or more of the Facebook groups if you can and you'll likely see events being advertised there. Alternatively you could host your own event and spread the word as best you can. =D

I think and Xbox DWE would be cool something to go along with the PC event would give console players more to do then PvP lol

This is just another example of why SOMEbody has got to finally get over the fears of connecting console and PC players. I play PC only (even though we have an Xbox One) specifically because I despise controllers and will only play using a keyboard, mouse and joystick. Microsoft keeps saying the full keyboard/mouse support is "coming soon", but I'll believe that when I see it. Once they do, there really will be no excuse not to work with devs in a number of games to have the worlds collide. That way you don't HAVE to only have PC-players working an event or ONLY console gamers working one. For games like ED, I just don't think there's enough justification to NOT combine them. Heck, now they've got people using controllers (ugh!) on Windows 10 PCs to play games. Just let players use the interfaces they want, regardless of platform and combine the two worlds where it makes sense. In ED, it makes sense.

Cross play is the single biggest boon this game could enjoy.

While the stuff on the horizon is great, it pales next to all platforms playing together.

Crossplay would immediately result in a 200% increase in shenanigans. At least as far as a few player groups are concerned.

Why am I having so much trouble finding a Cobra MKIV? The Shipyards say they have it in here and I flew 110LY because thius system said it was updayed 3 Minutes ago.

I think it is only available if you got a special version of ED
