So, I don't know why I was surprised by this, but I found out the hard way that cannot drive an SRV in VR. #HugeMotionSickness


I drive in VR all the time, no probs. Is your frame rate dropping? Do you need to turn down terrain detail?

New here, not sure how this works. Would like to party up with someone sometime before I get into a wing or anything. I'm BattleDad74 and on a lot lately. Evidently my bosses think it's "too cold" to work. Thanks

Hey! You should give the Discord server a visit, plenty of active people around that could give you a wing up, or a multicrew. We're a friendly bunch, till the salt flows, haha!

Hey guys! Been away awhile but I'm back to annoy some bugs with my AX modules. Anyone on Xbox want to wing up this weekend to take some Goids down? PM me, I'm in Maia hoping to get a teammate or two Saturday and Sunday. Eastern Time is my timezone. Gamertag is "Deltus Infinium". I'm bringing a Conda, so something nimble that can hit with the AX missiles would be perfect to add to the wing.

Unrelated, but i have a question i hope Inara can answer. If I give my NPC crew member control of the mothership while I take the fighter, will they make use of the KWS? Or would I have to flip back and forward from ship to ship to activate it?

No, the actual function of driving works splendidly. It's ME that's broken. In VR it works so well I get very sick. I have to pull off the headset and watch in 2D while I'm driving on the ground. In space, no issues. I have a blast zipping around inside planetary rings. But, sheesh, on the ground within a couple of minutes I'm ready to hurl.

As I have kinda stuck my foot in my mouth, I have been reading and looking at some basic tactics and now realise
many of the the short comings I have let develop as a pilot and a player in elite. By avoiding PvP completely like I have to this point I have missed a very big aspect of this game that dose and should add to the over all enjoyment of the game.

It's never too late to git gud. Just always have enough credits for a rebuy and don't be afraid to ask for help. There's a lot of CMDRs out there willing to engage in friendly sparring.

3304 is still like 10h 13min away.

Let's hope it'll bring the much desired improvements to both RL and this game that are needed.
