It really helped a lot. I think I will go for the Clipper first and then buy the FDL after it. This will get me more experience flying AND easier money making for the FDL. Also I love those empire ships I love my Vulture too but the Courier is so much more fun to fly^^ Anyways:Thank you all and see you out there o7

Ryan MurdocEven though I'd get more Cabins in a Anaconda or Beluga, Passenger hauling in a Python is still the thing for me. Specially when you get those Illegal Passengers and need to line up nicely with the slot and zoom in before any Scans happen...
Honestly I don't see your problem, it's certainly not the ship that's too big.

The FDL isn't for everyone. Sure it's a great ship, but for me, I want to like it. I really try to like it, but it just isn't my style. Don't be discouraged if she doesn't sing to you.

LeifHonestly I don't see your problem, it's certainly not the ship that's too big.
Problem? None to be had. Python just is way more nimble then anything bigger. Not to mention it can use Medium sized landing pads which makes the Anaconda, Beluga or Cutter completely useless if you want to haul out of Systems that only have Outposts to land upon.

Aside from hauling (space) the weapons are the issue.
There are only four ships with a size [4] weapon.
Only one of them does not require a large pad to land.
That is why we look forward so patiently for the Chieftain.

I fly completely unarmed when hauling Passengers. Even though they sometimes ask me to kill some pursuers, it's the delivery they pay me for. Those measly crumbs of credits they offer for to kill the opposition are a waste of time.
Speaking of crumbs, those who make you Slavery offers are equally retarded. Who would give up hundreds of thousands of credits (or currently even millions) and risk to lose their reputation with two Minor factions (MF) just to appease some criminals offering you not even a shred of the original pay?
Crime doesn't pay really is true in that regard.

Oh I agree there. When the ticket is the issue never mind the mission tips. Definitely not worth the bother. There are times though when I am running a whole systems worth of Data Delivery missions that spawn one interdiction after another en-route. Sometimes dropping three Anaconda at a time on top of me. After a while you just want to end them. Nice to be able to terminate when the mood hits and still put down at that distant outpost for the finish.

Great point there. Absolutely don't be sad if it ain't your bag. Like they say, it ain't you, it's me. I mean the ship.
