Sethsepticeye170 freaking celestial body's!? What the hell the closes I've seen is 15 celestial bodies, were is that? I'm deep in imperial territory right now
https://eddb.io/system/9588965 shows 1600ly from Sol. In a decent budget explorer it should take a couple hours round trip. Eta Carina is around 8k, IIRC.

Sethsepticeye1Hey guy's, can someone tell me some interesting places to visit in the galaxy? I'm looking for anything, beautiful systems, oddly looking systems, profitable systems, anything, I wanted to go find the pillars of creation but sadly there not in the game
I think it's Mammon that has a base in a hollowed-out asteroid, in an asteroid ring. One of the more visually interesting places, IMO. About 1kly from Sol.
It's been a while since I've been to Sothis, but it has two co-rbiting earth-like planets, and at the time of my visit had an Orbis station under construction and "in transit" (rather than in orbit).

Sethsepticeye1Thanks guys and there's something I thought about a couple times that kinda bugs me, the fact that the galaxy is so big and the territory that is controlled by the factions is so tiny, at least that's what I've seen, I'm still kinda new to this game so if my assumption is correct that only a tiny sliver of space is controlled by the factions that's a little disappointing , in the elite dangerous world there's been space colonization for how long now? I understand that it might be hard for frontier to make the entire galaxy under faction control, that would be a problem for power play, but seriously? Humanity really needs to try harder
When one takes a step back and realized that in 1300 years humanity has built advanced infastructure and city-sized stations on thousands upon thousands of systems and now numbers in the trillions...
... maybe we ain't doing so badly, huh?

I'd say that given the difficulties of deep space colonization and construction from a cultural, engineering, and planning perspective, humanity has knocked it out of the park.

Hmm...you have a fair point...I'm not saying the whole galaxy should be conquered but what I want is for the factions to expand more like we're the thargoids like to hang out, it's far away but I think humanity can do that, what's that place called? Pleadis sector?

Call me stupid but I don't know what discord is. And no I don't have a pc I have a Xbox one
