Sethsepticeye1Hey any fellow commanders in imperial space? Or part of the thargoid watch division? I'm trying to find any stations in imperial space that have been attacked by thargoids

None so far, Only stations attacked by Thargoids are out in the Pleiades cluster, which is a little ways outside of the bubble. There's been no Thargoid attacked stations inside the bubble, yet. That includes Imperial space.

Dammit, guess I'm in for a long trip, is it worth going there? Any credits to be made? Cuz if I'm going there I want it to be worth it, I started off in everate so getting deep into imperial space was a pain, 3 times I failed, 1 because I ran out of fuel, second was pirates, and 3rd was from a conflict zone I died at, so any good money making opportunities out there?

Honestly... if you're at a point in your development as a player that you're running out of fuel and are unable to escape NPC pirates, taking on Thargoids is still a bit out of your league.

You think I want to fight one? Hell no! I'm never doing that iv seen several times in videos that those things don't mess around, they don't tease you like normal AI enemies no they like to just royally fuck you up, I just want to go there to either see one, do some sight seeing, or see a attacked station, and of course make money, so is there any money to be made out there?

There's money to be made everywhere if you're willing to look for it (and sometimes set it up).
Edit - But frankly... Eravate to Imperial space is a walk in the park compared to getting to the Pleiades. There's no stations on the way, you'll have to scoop the whole way. It's 300ish ly, so with a good technique, great scoop and 30ly range it'll take 15 minutes or so. If your technique is poor and you have a bad scoop or poor jump range? It's going to be an ordeal. My advice would be to learn jump techniques in the bubble and get a decent range before you try to venture out of it. They'll still be there for quite a while, be patient.

I mean besides mining, it seems boring and not a good source of income

I don't consider mining a good source of income. There's good money to be made from wars (easy to set up) passengers and even trade. You might have to take a couple days to set up conditions to make it more profitable, but it's worthwhile.

I don't know what you mean setting up wars, if your talking about conflict zones how are those profitable? And can a cobra mk 3 have a passenger lounge?

Any ship can have passenger cabins (but not everywhere stocks them) For CZ's, you'll want to take massacre missions (and balance both side's influence so the war lasts longer), but I was really referring to surface scan missions. 500k-3m for a few minutes work (as long as you have an SRV and can drive).

Just land a short distance away facing away from the base with a clear path to the orange tower, deploy the SRV, park it with your back to the orange tower, hop in the turret, turn it towards the tower, lock on and hold your secondary fire until it finishes scanning. The base will go hostile, so 2 pips to sys, 4 to eng, then haul ass back to your ship, hop in and take off.

Um...ok that's a little confusing. I have an srv but I don't know what surface scan missions are, the only time I used an srv is to retrieve a escape pod

At the same time this game is well documented, many video's hints and tips...

...you need to do things step by step, there is no endgoal, but personal development.....there is no finishline...some people play this game for over 30 years ( over 33 actually)...so there is so much to explore and experience...

enjoy the ride, don't rush it!

This. As far as I tried mining, it's not profitable. Or at least it doesn't seem being the equally good income source such as the low-rank Data Delivery missions.
