CraftkingI cant find any good missions that pay out well for the life of me, Im in a conda BTW

The question that comes to my mind, is how did you afford an anaconda without learning a basic concept like minor faction reputation?

Run missions for a minor faction and your reputation will increase unlocking better paying missions offered by that faction.

I Have FDL and a Python and I did not know that stuff u talking about

Hi guys, I am new around here and wanted to ask that under "MARKET" tab if there is some filter where I can exclude commodities and such. Asking because I see that "eddb.io" is not updated properly and it's showing me profit which in reality is not true. Any tips/tricks how to properly use this site to help me out with profit gain via Trade? Much appreciated for any answer/link you provide.

EDDB and Inara should remain pretty well synced since they usually get updates from the same tool, EDMC. My advice in general would be to run EDMC and do a dry run (empty, in a high jump range ship) before loading cargo just to be sure. Also, check the time the systems were last updated on EDDB, if it's more than a day or two, treat it as needing validation.

+1 for Phelbore....Inara and Eddb make use of a network called EDDN....EDMC delivers the data to EDDN, and EDDB and Inara (and other sites as well like Roguey) fetch the information from there

OK guys thanks a lot for advice. I will try that. Anyway...not sure why, but I checked "Statistics" on this webpage and for some reason I have everything marked as "unknown". Any advice why is that? Or maybe I am doing something wrong?

The statistics page is a place holder for 3.0. Check back when the update is live.

Draxxa KirethThere are missions that pay 100millio per session (albeit stacked)...but you need to be allied... so i side with Stryker... how come you didn't know about that?

Where is that still the case?? Bulk passenger Missions have been nerfed weeks ago, and with long range ls VIP u are lucky to make more than 30 M per hour.

Ap3322Today, February 9th, year 3304, I was Hyperdictied by a Thargoid interceptor. I had around 6-8 meta alloys and an unknown/Thargoid probe in my cargo hold. An EMP was emitted from the thargoids ship and disabled me for around 20 seconds. As I was disabled the Thargoid scanned me. After completing the scan he backed away, and my ship got back online. Unfortunately, my thrusters were disabled. While trying to fix my ship the Thargoid released swarm drones and almost immediately anillated my keelback. Luckily I was able to survive the explosion. I was on route from Pleiades Sector OS-U c2-7 to Maia after recently collecting meta- alloys from the Thargoid surface site located in Pleiades Sector OS-U c2-7 Body: 4 A coordinates: Lat: 58.21° Long: -177.04° The Thargoid path of destruction seems to be getting closer to the bubble. Maybe I was attacked so I do not learn their plans by using the Thargoid probe to gain access to the galaxy map on the surface site? I recorded the expirence and will be sharing soon. This is commander ap3322 signing out.

So, your ship blew up... but you didn't...

Sry, it's just that it's kinda confusing and the only thing that comes to mind when i think about it is this
Also, the thargoids will invade the bubble. Soon. I'd get used to it if i were you. Couple that with sporadic weapon nerfs and the already technological superior enemy and, well, the future's not looking too bright... Just a thought.

XD that Video is sad and funny at the same time. I was trying to come up with a way to explain how I’m posting this if I’m dead. The exact method I survived is an ancient tactic used by the guardians. Eject our of your ship, grab onto the Thargoid ship, and hold on for dear life as they jump to the nearest system. Let go, and send out a distress beacon and hope for the best! No one else has ever heard of this method?...

I recently picked up an artifact related quest for the guardian ruin scanning missions, and easily made over 100+ million credits from that run alone. Google helped. Maybe that's how it was possible? :p

100 mil plus?? tell me more!

I just bought a python, filled it with cargo bays and went to an allied system in boom, it is agricultural and is offering tea deliveries one jump away for up to 2 mil, a full hold for a one jump transport mission is currently netting 3-4mil and with running agricultural equipment the other way I'm making a bonus 200k instead of running empty.

Its still a grind mind...

It's easy to build a cargo Python with 240 tons of cargo space (or more if you don't insist on having a large-ish fuel scoop, which I do).  I recommend mining bases instead of agri-worlds.  If the world is in boom, you can find 180 ton lots of Palladium that pay 7-10 million, or 4-6 million for 120 ton lots.  Take one of the 180s and any smaller load you can find, or stack two of the 120s, and you can make some respectable money that way.
