Pol@r!$Hi guys, I see that after the update there is a difficulty to gain Federation/Empire ranks faster then it was before patch. I would appreciate any suggestion where to work on ranks for both Federation and Empire if possible. Not sure which system now has such benefit to gain ranks in as shortest loops as possible.
Hip 10716 to Wu Guinagi for the empire and Nootayuto or Niu Hsing for the feds. Alternatively you can do the Aditi bus delivery to score a bit of cash on the side but you'll prolly need something like this or if you wanna go a bit more expensive, something like this.
To the rest of you guys, if you don't wanna help then please, just don't say anything. Hate me as much as you will, but it's the truth.

For someone genuinely looking for advice or help, it being colored with a healthy dose of sarcasm is...off-putting sometimes. Try and put it away every once in awhile.
Another thing. There are lots of times where people are genuinely helpful, but the little community surrounding the INARA comment threads comes off as a bit...insular sometimes. Remember that when you're talking to someone you don't see often commenting, and I'll try to remember it myself.

Thanks a lot for advice. Will check it out and see if it works. However, as far as I can see, that patch now provides a reputation reward which is actually a way better alternative. Now I think it's not really necessary to proceed with previous tip to loop between 2 systems / 2 stations. From what I am experiencing, I see that reputation reward is actually increasing overall reputation way faster, which means less grind and maybe more enjoyable to actually jump between multiple systems. Was testing how it behaves before and now after the patch and I see that if somebody wants to work on ranks, it's now actually more enjoyable (well...in it's own definition of "enjoyable" as it's still a grind).
I am curious...why so much Shield Boosters for ASP Explorer? If for additional combat...OK, however if you want to make evasive action, you can use Heat Sinks & Chaff in combination.

All of the comments/suggestions were perfectly valid. They were flavoured with personality which doesn't make them less valid, unhelpful or behaving poorly.
1. The filter on the Mission Boards can be helpful.
2. 'No need to rush Credits/Rank' is a valid way of playing the game and is viewed as the preferred way by many and is good advice to new players in general so as not to burn out.
3. The list of rank grind locations is helpful too.
Let's just read the words as they are and try not to imagine malice in anything posted, except of course with reason in the RP channels.

As far as myself, seen too many pilots burn themselves out on the rank grind and then not even like the rewards to boot!
But hey, you do you. Lot of us been at this for years now and just looking out.

We’ve discovered a bug where scanning a Guardian Codex provides a Guardian Blueprint. This is not the intended function of the Guardian Codices, which are required for the Ram Tah missions.
Our intended way to acquire Guardian Blueprints is by activating the Guardian Data Terminals and then scanning the Guardian Sphere that appears afterwards.
We just wanted to inform and assure you, ahead of time, that we’re preparing a fix for this issue. We expect the fix to be live in the next corrective patch in the coming weeks.
It’s also important to note that we will not remove any Guardian Blueprints from Commanders who acquired them in this way (be that now or up until the release of the bug fix).

INARA has it´s own minor faction INARA Nexus with a dedicated subpage here if you want to directly support it.
Other than that there are a lot of wings (small player groups) of all flavours found here in the wings section.

A lot of us play in Open here on the Forums and have a lot of fun together. But as Erinia stated there are plenty of Wings that do private group if that's what you're looking for.
Inara is a companion site that can help you with basically anything in Elite. But there isn't really an Inara private group or wing.

- Discussion about "official" events from GalNet and community goals.
- Discussing player actions and activities, general topics about Elite community and player events, topics related to the game but also real world (like astrophysics and similar). Please post these to the "General talk" thread instead.
- Any off topic discussion, please post this kind of stuff to the "Offtopic" thread.
