Olsen Hub is controlled by V902 Centauri Fortune Solutions, an independent faction. However. For some reason, INARA says the station is controlled by the Federation of Elite and Research, which does not match in-game info. Is somebody putting in incorrect data into the INARA database? Be honest now.

inara doesnt control in game things. you cant add stuff to the game by adding it to inara. inara is a database and your adding false things to it

No it won´t change in real life time. There´s a certain time a day when BGS is updating. And it´s not always consistant. Changing anything here in INARA won´t change anything ingame by any means.
You need to work the ingame BGS by doing missions, handing in bounties, attacking ships of the faction you want to get rid of, etc.

Being very abstract on purpose here. Elite BGS is quite strange at times and can become very complicated.

If I'm understanding what you're asking correctly, you're wanting to know when the Federation of Elite and Research shows up in game as a faction at V902 Centauri?

swcc-22 please remove the not existing station you added. People are relying on INARA to do their ingame stuff. Please be considering of those people.
