but no sign of a Cmdr (even though the ship was listed to a Cmdr Davy Jones), no contacts on my left hand contact list. The ship registration was this...

Is this something or nothing? I'm a reasonable way out...

Well, I'm actually on my way back to the core systems from Colonia in my Anaconda and I'm carrying a fighter. Why? For the pure fun of it. Everyone so often I find a planet or moon with some fun terrain. So, I hover my Anaconda, launch my fighter and have fun canyon carving or whatever. So, yeah, I can see how a fighter could end up crashed on a remote body.

Nice update & congratulations. However, I believe this is for Inara website updates, bug reports & requests rather than personal updates.

I got a Fine in Fusang of 200cr and I can’t figure out we’re to pay it. I’m unable to pay it at Cleve Vesion so I’m confused.. help?

You should be able to pay off the fine in Cleve Vision, under Contacts.

If you don't see the option, double-check that you have a Fine and not a Bounty.

If it's definitely a fine and you can't pay it off under Contacts, take some screenshots and log a Bug Report

Oh. It’s a Bounty. It said fine but after restarting it said bounty. We’re do I pay that?

Open up your galaxy map and use your filters to find either:

A nearby Low Security system (any station)

or

A nearby Anarchy system (the station must be controlled by an anarchy faction)


Go there, and go to Contacts, Interstellar Factors.

They will remove your bounty and clean your ship

Speaking about bounty,
does anyone else experience an issue by paying bounties tied to notoriety?
Had notoriety 2 (fkn Police again srsly..) and was farming materials on a planet. after 4 hours i was heading back home
and passed an interstellar factor station. i wasnt able to pay bounty despite notoriety was 0 meanwhile. i had to relogg first to make it work.

There's been a few bugs reported about Notoriety, so I expect them to be fixed soon. As you've found, relogging seems to give a workaround for now

Speaking of bounties - does anybody met a situation where he gained bounty although it should be a fine (or no fine/bounty at all)? For example for killing the wanted ship, etc.? If anybody is able to describe it closely or even better - replicate it, it would be great to report it with step by steps to Frontier. It seems it is not an easy to replicate issue.

i got a bounty once for killing a "unknow" ship.
When i was in a haz res for some easy Money, i encountered a ship that was "unknown".
I used the KW scanner and it showed as wanted after. when i attacked it, me and my whole wing gained a 15k bounty +1 notoriety for killing it.
dont know if this was intended since the ship was clearly not wanted in the System we were at or if it was a bug. didnt test it any more since i burried my kw scanner now :s

Had the same issue. Going back to main menu and then back into the game fixed it. Seems to be a problem with not correctly updating after instance changes.

Fast way to do that:

Search for systems with Low Security that DO NOT belong to X faction you are bountied by as a main faction, then search for small stations in such a system. In 99% they have Interstellar Services-something which is used to pay off the fines and bounties for a bit bigger amount of money. Or you claim bounties with deduced amount of money in such a place.
