The difference are place and sectors where people haven't been before. How many players have visited the galaxy center? Did you?

I find new star systems never visited before, every day. I wasted travelling 20K ly just to confirm it's all the same.
So, there is ZERO point in wasting 5 billion+ funny-money to travel XX0+K ly to find out... oh dren, it's still all the same.

But why should it be any different? There is no reason for this at all! Magic? Really?

Laws of physics are universal (universe, not galaxy!). All the elements created by the stars are the same so the chemistry is also same, bio etc etc.
So, best we can get is something that looks and behaves odd - thanks to gravity or other conditions. (try RL scuba diving, it's amazing down there).

The only, even remotely interesting, entities are either dead and long gone or turned into "The Enemy", by "our" idiotic leadership of sociopaths (do I even need to add "in ED universe"?).

So yeah, it sure feels like I have arrived at the end of this game.
What's even worst is that starting again from 0 will not make it any more interesting. There is no unexpected evolution in any level or direction.

Yeah sure, me too, in the bubble, on my way to Robigo, I discovered 3 systems about 5 mn ago.

Page 3 of 3, didn't leave the bubble for month.

Looks like your interest for the game is mild at best, in short, you are at the lowest level of exploration and you already talk like you know everything, thanks for the lecture about the laws of Physics, wrong but entertaining, write an application to NASA.

I'm done wasting my time trying to explain to you that this game is far bigger at every level than what you think you know.

That's what I thought when I was reading the latest news. They are cooking something up but for whatever reason want Raijin to stay alive for a while. I hope this is leading somewhere interesting and maybe it's even somehow connected to PP 2.0? Or is there something novel cooking, like exploring Thargoid origins etc? I only hope is not just "we'll have to bridge the time to PP 2.0 and then have something new shiny".

I think this is exactly what's happening. I fully believe the titans crit state is just a server flip

but do we really have continue the thargoid war tho? Whatever they're preparing Its been two years, let us kill 2 remaining titans, end the war and get back to normal. Money is good on bugs but still.

It's starting to be the same cycle as you do in thargoid war and it's slowly starting to get boring

I frankly expect this to be a ramp up.

Bubble is 12K ly behind/front/above/whatever of me.

laws of Physics, wrong but entertaining,

I am sure you have a very entertaining theory why laws of physics must be different in our universe. Any hints? I would love to read about it.

lowest level of exploration

What is higher? Going further to find out it's exactly the same and telling yourself it's not?

You keep saying this game "bigger" but you never managed to come up with an actual example. Rambling on about your FC and 60000000000 ly travel is not an answer.
Why? Because all you see out there are the same spheres of ice, rock and metals, circling a star, as they do <20 ly from the Sol.

Hell. Even the plants are same. Especially the ones on a flat ground having no way of travelling even 1 mm without being connected to their main body. But hey, look, they are everywhere! The entry galaxy seems to be full of that same stuff. Why? Has anyone asked "how"?

Meanwhile, how is it possible that only one planet in the entire galaxy has Cantharellus cibarius? o_O

Rayman.nah, not enough real axi cmdrs and too many lazy donkeys refuusing to do vents bombing. Otherwise Raijin would die now.

If you’ll read this thread, the consensus seems to be shifting more toward “Frontier doing Frontier things keeping the Titan alive”.

https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/did-you-guys-increase-the-health-of-raijin-or.628786/

And if Frontier actually cared more about the whole Titan arc it would not have devolved into a stale, boring cleanup job to keep some of the players occupied while they work on the Power Pissing Play contest. Like supporting the narrative and making there be reasons to feel invested in it instead of “Well, this is the main thing to do right now”, because (<---) this, alone, gets boring. I’ve seen more chatter about things in the two days we’ve had these GalNet articles about something happening than in some time regarding anything lore relevant.

Not counting Powerplay 2 talk because Frontier is making publicity about it so of course attention will be directed at that.

(Woops, forgot I was quoting to copy and paste into the above. Oh well)

Emily ValeforI think this is exactly what's happening. I fully believe the titans crit state is just a server flip

It probably is, given how it occurs on the weekly server ticks only (it may still be automated based on the system count of a Titan’s control sphere), but Frontier evidently reserve the right to tweak Titan hitpoints ‘on the fly’ too (look at Indra’s example here, that kind of spike on a Monday of all things does not appear particularly like natural player congregation).

Last three they probably did it simply to keep them going into the weekend instead of something ridiculous like the Titan starting to explode on a very early Saturday morning (EU standards) because it going vulnerable coincided with the fabled P(ee) boat, aka Python MKII that is more like “What if we made something barely look like a Python but basically turn it into an FDL instead”, coming out for ARX early access. But Raijin, I’d guess they want it alive into this week for not just gameplay reasons but narrative as well.

… and they may just have lowered how much damage it needs to take today because it seems the rate of progress has started going up now.

Interesting map.
Elite Dangerous Astrometrics

This validates my interest for the galactic center, quick calculation shows that I should be able to reach it, go to Colonia and back to the Bubble on a full cargo of Tritium...

I was just stating things from my observations, I'm not actually involved in any Titan assaults directly, never have shot at one (or at least not done anything that directly contributed to its destruction).

Have you ever wondered how life would have turned out on planet Earth if the solar radiation was X times stronger? You know, so harsh, that it would blow off the atmosphere before it can even form. Pufff... gone. Nice bold lump of supper radiated/heated rock with 0 atmosphere or water.
Lets pack 5 stars into a space/system of 1 and expect a miracle. Naah... make that 10 stars, unstable orbits, massive radiation... ahh... much better. Let the life begin.

umm... right... then where did all that expert advice originated from? OMG! It was all just a LARP!

No wonder my ships are burned to cinder and every hired NPC is dead.
I think you should call their wives and now fatherless children and explain.

Rrr... I shall curse you! Let the gravity be harsh on you!
