But the real story for me was the Commander’s voice over. An excellent summary of the game experience that harkened back to the original trailer to introduce a new ship. Loved it!

Worlock77Ok, this question probably shows how n00bish I still am in some aspects, but how do I use FSD injections? I have several synthesized, but how do I actually use them?
Once it's synthesized, it's used. You can now jump farther for one jump. Synthesize, choose the target system the normal way and go, you can't stack up a bunch of them or keep them synthesized in storage, it's a lot like reloads or SRV repairs.

Yeah, I sussed that out after your comment. I've synthesized (and apparently wasted) a handful of injections, and seeing "2 injections..." made me think I had 2 in inventory. Man, talk about a learning curve... I'm still figuring shit out after several months of playing pretty consistently.

They're not wasted even if you don't use them for the range. They also lower the fuel cost to get closer. If you run out of fuel and need just a bit more to get to the next system... you might be able to synthesize instead of calling the fuel rats.

Fortunately that's not been an issue for me yet, I'm pretty proactive about keeping fueled up, but good to know nevertheless.

nope and the neutron super charge cant be stacked anymore either

ArtieHonestly, I am rather inclined to scratch the whole rankings thing. It was made years ago, partially to also cover CQC and it's just a burden since then. As there is complicated to do any validity check, so anybody can put almost anything there, its credibility is pretty limited.
Any opinions on its removal? Yay or nay?
I've never paid them any attention myself, Artie.
If it unburdens you to put time into other good stuff here, by all means ditch it
