Whiplash 1983Going to bounce this one time here before I try for a rebuy or an FD ticket.

Ship: Cleaned up nicely at an IF facility. All looks good.
Modules: Still dirty after cleaning my explorer at an IF facility. All of them, from the Planetary Landing Package on through to the last Core and Optional module.
You can't store off the PLM and selling it is forever. Any of the other modules if stored off and cleaned flip back to dirty when re-installed.

Suggestions?.


One for support, I think. IF should clean the lot, ship and modules, provided you have no Notoriety.

Zero on the notoriety. Was just an SRV weapons misfire in a restricted zone transgression.

Completely off topic, just posting to publicly expose myself as an idiot. I just spent an hour trying to code to change font color and tried several different methods. All the while I was looking at Inara source code and just as I go to ask people how to change the color I find the button. Boy am I stupid.

All good now. Looking closely at stuff on the IF list revealed one line of fines I missed, 100 cr.
Eyes getting old I guess.

NishacharaAs i see them on the map closer and closer... at what time intervals do they attack new stations ?


Supposedly there's a way to predict where they'll go (just what I was told, no idea if true or not).

Before they will move into new Systems there will be a truckload of Thargoid Scouts appearing inside. Wherever they get the least resistance that System is to be next in line.

So killing as much Thargoid Scouts as possible will rerout their path.

Can't confirm it first hand.

Psycho-UmanHas anyone noticed that some of the optional internal slots only equip certain things, like I tried to install 5A Sh Gen, but it would only allow me to install cargo, hull reinforce or module reinforce, but would be able to install it in my class 6 slot

You can only equip military compartments with hull reins, module reins, and SCBs.  You can't fit cargo racks in a military compartment. They come on ships that you'd typically see as part of a Systems Security force.

You gotta have to unlock it through tech broker. Meta-Alloy HRP i guess. Correct me plz if i'm wrong
