Are you on cable? Cable is a shared resource, the entire neighborhood has a fixed bandwidth, if that bandwidth is exceeded by others, you might lose out, no matter what they say you're getting.
Are you connected to the router over Wifi? Could be someone else on your network. You may get 100mbs down, but 802.11g has a maximum bandwidth of 54mbs. 802.11n can pass 100mbs, under good conditions.
Maybe it's a firewall issue on your router. Playstation will punch holes in it using a protocol called UPnP. It could be your router isn't obeying the request sometimes. If you want, I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot that when it's happening, but I'd recommend messaging me on Discord or Steam since those are real time and this board is not.

PhelboreSo... it's intermittent, that's unlikely to be a setting. The symptoms change, that's even less likely to be a setting. I'm not sure how the Playstation streams to Twitch, but it sounds like it probably just sends raw feeds and has it processed on Twitch's end... I'd bet either a bandwidth issue or a firewall issue.

Wow, thank you. Great info.
I’m cabled to a 5ghz extender within 20ft of the router with direct line of sight. I’ll check the router settings. I am on cable but most of my neighbors have dish and this has happened way off peak hours. It’s very odd. I think you’re onto something with the firewall so I’ll trouble shoot that first.
Never had this issue with any other game I’ve streamed, btw. Just this one. The pc guys in my Wing got fed up with the hinky comms and made a Wing Discord channel so I could fall back on that

Martind ForlonI know that here are some quite experienced pirates, so I want ask about their opinion about new C&P vs doing pirating. I'm not interested with pirating for myself, I just have read (FD forums) where were some people saying that pirating will be not possible and that they therefore will start killing cmdrs. ... Meh, I think that there always is possible find a way if someone really want, and if not want then excuses are coming. But back to my first sentence, is the situation really so bad for pirates, or it is more about the need to change way how is/was pirating done? (p.s.: I had alot fun in other game when I was opposing pirates, so for me it is natural interest.) ... Btw, I do not ask for ways how to do pirating, just about discussion whether new system really kill it or bring new possibilities.
I am looking forward to the C&P changes. Having gone through my usual routines in the beta, I will say that overall, not much changes for me - I tend not to kill non-compliants, I prefer to smash up their drives and leave them go with a hefty repair bill. In the new system, this will leave me with a small Assault charge which I will be able to clear easily and cheaply if I want to.
I like the buffs to piracy - megaship heists look great fun, and the 24hr Trade Trending maps will be very useful.
It's a good foundation that I hope FDev will build further on
I don't have much sympathy for the "pirates" who are whining about it. They can either adapt or reconsider career choice.

Alexander RozhenkoHey,
Can anyone tell me how the Wing ranks work in Inara Wings?
I'm currently listed as a recruit...how do I move up?
Your Wing Commander (of your particular player faction) controls the pilots ranking under him/her.
Check with your leader.

Some of the ranks open up through time-served in the Wing, others are by appointment only.
Ask your Wing Commander or Deputy about how it's handled in your Wing.

The Federation faction Revolutionary Noti Values Party opened an appeal for Xihe Companions in the Noti system, in order to turn intensively-trained slaves into Master Chefs. They planned to combine the Companions with "the latest holographic technology" in order to make brain implants for the slaves.
By embedding this knowledge directly in a slave's brain, we can ensure total data integration and retention, which when combined with the slave's inherent culinary ability will result in unmatched gastronomic efficacy. These guys will be able to make a bacon sandwich fit for a king.
Xihe Biomorphic Companions are a Technology product which can be bought at Zhen Dock in the Xihe system.
Xihe Biomorphic Companions are a rare commodity, so increase in value the further you take them from their point of purchase.
25 Xihe Biomorphic Companions are needed to unlock Zacariah Nemo.

Although if your wingmates are flying big ships like Anacondas or Cutters, I'd personally bully them into carrying fuel limpet controllers.
