Well, I finally made my way to Inara, currently docked at Citi Gateway. Man, that's quite a little jaunt in supercruise once you jump into the system. I wanted to make sure I spent a little time here before I finish engineering my ships and head back to Colonia Dream.

Alright, finally gonna start relic hunting. I've come across only 1 Thargoid signal in 2 years of play, and never any Guardian sites. Am I putsing in the wrong sectors? Where should I hunt? Also, how do I get a Sirius permit? I'm a rear admiral in Fed and a King in Emp- do I need to go higher in Fed? Where can I find a list of benefits for attaining ranks in the powers?
