how they work is:
a person accepts the mission from the mission board, then they go to their transaction tab, select the mission and select "share". this makes the mission appear in their wingmates transaction tab, at which point they can accept or decline it. each wing member can share 1 mission at a time (so 4 per wing can go on simultaneously). then once the mission is completed everyone gets to choose their own individual reward (from the pool of 3 rewards), whether they actually participated in it or not.
some additional things to note are:
- if someone leaves the wing (from a disconnect or whatever) they lose the wing mission. if they rejoin the wing, the person that initially accepted the mission has to re-share it. if the person that initially accepted it leaves, everyone in the wing loses the mission and it has to be re-shared. (by "loses the mission" i dont mean fail. i mean it leaves their transaction tab)
- the person who initially accepted the mission is the person that has to turn it in, and the other members cant collect their reward until they do so
- if the person who initially accepted the mission leaves the wing after the mission is completed, but before the other members get their reward, the other members lose their opportunity to accept their reward. the same goes for someone who didnt initially accept the mission leaving before collecting their reward. that individual loses their reward

Notoriety at 6 been logged in for over 12 hours in open and not a single digit decrease is there anyway i can shake this off as its killing the gameplay for me. I have logged with many others as a bug on the Frontier official forum. If i fly back to Zachary Hudson space and get killed will it reset?
Thanks

I'd ask the forum, but arguing about nerfing the Anaconda and whining about changes to C&P seems to be far more important.

Brynhild HervorsdottirAnyone know what Recon Limpets are for? Apparently they're for hacking, but hacking what? Are these for the new megaship interactions or can they be used for other things like planetary scan missions?

It's for the hacking stuff (datapoints) on megaships and similar structures.

Similar structures like...ground structures?

The same thing that has irked some people since 1.0, it's otherworldly low hull mass.

I can't say that's ever been something I've noticed. And tbh when you look at it, the ship does seem to be designed in a kind of "lower mass" way, what with the hull armour only really existing on the top. The bottom of the ship just looks lile a big container bolted on without protection.
I could see it weighing more if it had more obvious armour on the lower half.

Crime stuff. You wouldn't like it

Brynhild Hervorsdottir Similar structures like...ground structures?
Mostly various large cargo haulers, fuel tankers, etc. which aren't classified as megaships, if I remember correctly from the streams. No ground structures, as far as I know.

Oh, you misunderstand my stance on crime. Universally illegal things like slavery, smuggling contraband, piracy, and murder just for fun? Not in my wheelhouse. On the other hand, raiding surface settlements for intelligence or striking their skimmers? If my side's declared war on them, then it's perfectly fine. I don't doubt they're pissed and charged me with a crime, but my side's declared it a military target and therefore valid. One thing I do draw the line at is commerce raiding though.
