AmedievalmanI have been stuck at “master” in combat for weeks. I do tons of massacre and assassination missions.
Are there any tricks to gettting the most progress in comsat ranks?


It's super slow, do Combat Zones and as Bainsey7 advises look for the Elite ships in priority...

AHSo far, my trip has been 77K ly long and I have made over 500 hyperspace jumps. I still have several K ly to go, before I am back in The Bubble.

  1. No new plants/life discovered
  2. few "new" star systems scanned but you can do that anywhere
  3. several first footfall's but that seems to be rather meaningless
  4. discovered (whatever that even means in this game) a neutron star - maybe not but that what the message said.
  5. no surprises of any kind (seems to be a concept completely missing from this game).
  6. Got one"what is that" but it's just a cluster of stars from an angle and not visible on the map.
  7. who ever programmed the landing radar or what ever it's called, deserves to be court marshalled
  8. repair limpets should be like ammo - 4 included in the controller and not in the cargo hold.
  9. 4 legged exploration ship - like trying to level a 4 legged table on a cobblestone street. LOL, ridiculous and time wasting design flaw.
  10. info box/window, top right, needs a scroller, so you can go back and read it again.
  11. not being able to swap tools on utilities mount yourself is a design flaw, especially on a exploration ship
  12. "set destination, go to sleep" would be nice. Mitigates the crushing boredom caused by jump, fuel scoop, honk, jump...
  13. EDIT: a rear-view "mirror" so you can see how plants magically grow and enemies are following


ARX bait - mandalay pre-built would fix it all.


Mandalay has sleeping quarters? That would be nice. A spacious suite would be even better.... OK, OK... maybe a lawn chair one can take it to the wing/roof, chill and enjoy the view.

I'll park my FC in Kanu, there's an Xeno-infested system next Jump (AX Anaconda), time to test this new AX fit.

Does INARA only keep track of systems that have been at least scanned/honked?

I'm out at Dryio Flyuae Gs-s B20-57, but can't locate it in INARA to then go looking for the nearest Repair Shop ????

I placed a special order so my will come with full gentlemen package including black jack and hookers though it costs 40K of ARX.

Nope and it generally is problem with any 3rd party tool, because it records star systems where somebody flew through. But you can take it the other way - fly into the star systems no tool know about (Spansh has probably the most complete star system database of visited systems), there is a good chance nobody flew through them before.

For the nearest repair you can either use your exact location when imported from your data or a general galactic region you are in, when set manually and you are far in the black.

so totally unrelated but why cant the dev's keep atleast 1 community goal in rotation per week?its a trophy task and they are slamming the door on my 100%completion and everyone elses? if they were keeping up their end and i missed it id have nothing to say but when they just say im feelin a bit lazy so the reset day c.g. just isnt gonna happen....is ....crap..i can think of better words but u get my point. so they already almost killed it and only were doing 1 a week at kidman forever then boom gyger then i stay on to make sure i get in on c.g. legit not turnin in 1 scout and sayin i did my part till 4am eastern time us 7am uk time it kicks me of server comes back up no community goals.i saw redit post sayin it was just so quick is so the flash musta did c.g. by himself becase as soon as servers were on so was i and there wasnt time for anyone to sign up for c.g. go complete it and then shut it down b4 anyone else even saw the c.g location. how did he know if so where c.g. was gonna be.....noone did they just didnt program it in.thanks developers at frontier...1 of your many loyal gamers tryin to figure out what your deal is

sorry if im in the wrong place to post a 1st post ever but im confused why they have such a problem keeping 1 community goal in rotation per week? so i can get my trophys at my pace not when they decide to sneak community goals in so we miss them and it drags out completion?

I was being nice to him and his weird jokes and response are silly. Otherwise i would use strong words against him already but i kept the rule to be as respectful as possible at inara. Perhaps there should block feature now, Artie and friendly warning to him. Someone asked for block feature if im not mistaken.

I'll be fine, i play shooter game and i deal with late zoomer/alpha gen all time and compare to him, his trolls are nothing.

There is a block feature, if you didn’t know. Go to your profile (overall profile, not Elite Commander page), under contacts and ‘Ignored Users’ you can put in someone’s name and you won’t see their posts any further.

Problem with that is, it doesn’t block everything from that user. You still see other people’s replies to them. It would be great if the ignore function would include replies as well.

So which powerplay 2.0 power u guys are pledging? Im going for Nakato Baine to not disturb bgs for my squadron and we are neutral towards em and they far deep north. Its win-win. Only issue is imps but i just bully em back.

Grinding will be smt to spend for a while unless frontier change to be less tedious

If I get into it, it most likely will be Nakato Kaine. Anti-corpo, not-Mahon, Alliance (Space EU), fits myself quite alright.
