Na'NiI have to make a comment on the elite dangerous G19 companion app. I use it on my G13 and its amazing. I love the displays and really adore the radio chatter once you enter the bubble. Being in the black i got maybe one mayday call, which was funny. And then silence. Untill i hit the bubble. It really adds a tangible feel to the game.

COOL! Thanks for sharing. I like to listen to the radio or galnet for those ungodly long LS trips! Prefer radio though. One of these days I'll pay attention to the mission list for the Ls distance. Probably never. I see a good payout and its like rats to cheese, flies to shi* -er, yea.

RenraikuThe Crew Pilot should only die on your own ships destruction. I personally have never had one die from the destruction of an SLF.
I've had my SLF pilot for some time now. And her SLF has blown up more times than I care to count. So I'm pretty sure you don't loose your SLF pilot upon a SLF destruction.

That would be kinda hilarious to have them have a heart attack or something when the fighter blew up. But also very sad.

Or maybe I'm mistaking the Anaconda for another ship even, but since I don't have a ship that doesn't have a nose cockpit, I'm curious.

Fer De Lance certainly hasn't a 'nose cockpit' either, although it's more nosewards compared to the Conda and Corvette.

Rebecca HailCorvette has certainly not a 'nose cockpit', but a conda similiar bridge (a lot smaller though) to the back.

Vesica UrinariaCrew NPC Pilots only die when your ships blows up.. But I don't understand why.. They aren't physically present in your ship, they fly the fighter and your ship both remotely.. And even when they would physically be in your ship, you're inside the ship too, and you bail out in an escape pod, so why doesn't the npc pilot do the same?..
Not enough pods to go around.
Multi-crew? save space and ship weight by only bringing enough escape pods for yours truly. HAHA!

Because:
- There's only one escape pod per ship; and
- Your hand weapon is bigger.
Jokes aside, yes, it's an enigma for me as well. Maybe in the future FD will address this point and fix it by either adopting something similar to EVE Online (jumpclones) or admit that CMDRs are just AI boxes lying somewhere.
