RemyzeroTo all the CMDRS that provided support for The Fuelrat Mischief during the Fuelum civil war.

Each and everyone of you deserves a mention.
To those groups that offered their support to rally to a neutral group in time of need, it has been an honor to receive your communications.
Right at the a major milestone of the groups existence, 50000 souls rescued, a proud moment for all pilots involved.

From all the Fuelrats, past, present and future,

Thank you.

AylaVueI just bought all 3 Alliance ships (Chieftan thru Challenger) and I'm very much going to pick the one I keep based on similarities to Serenity, So.. Opinions?

Honestly, none of the above. Keelback or Krait. Mal would toss you out the airlock for flying an Alliance boat!

This helps too, I do have a krait, I'm test flying the challenger now and not used to the limited optionals.

^Tell Mal I stole it

Honestly, if I were to choose a ship based on its "Serentyness", I'd choose the Krait. Granted, it looks nothing like the Firefly-class vessel from that amazing show, but I feel that it captures its spirit. It has the used and jerry-rigged aesthetic down to a tee, and is both fast and low-profile.

closest ship resemblance to the firefly... kind of a hard call. i would have to say maybe the chieftain but of all the ED ships probably the imp clipper is the most similar ship

My fellow CMDR's, I've IMPORTANT navigational information for any explorers who want to make the pilgrimage to pay their respects to the intrepid souls who lost their lives on the ancient Generation Ships that left Sol 1,200 years ago in order to allow humanity to reach the furthest stars in the age before frame shift drives.

Of the 12 discovered arks, 3 of them were documented as being thousands of Ls away from particular planets in a particular system if you traveled in a particular direction.  However, the problem with this is that planets move.  And in their excitement, the CMDR's who made these historic discoveries overlooked this cosmic fat.

No blame to be handed out here.  It happens to the best of us.  However, thanks to the hard work of a CMDR I unfortunately only know as "Ezzy", far more accurate locations based on more reliable frames of reference have been established.  And seeing as few of us know this information, I'm documenting it in my logs and my CMDR's gallery as I myself undertake the humbling voyage to verify the continued accuracy of their final resting places.  Please feel free to access my files to follow along with my progress if the mood takes you.

I hope this is helpful to all of my fellow hardened explorers.  Fair winds and safe travels to you all in the deep dark of the verse commanders.  The ocean of stars is rarely as calm as it seems from a distance...

I upgraded from the Chieftain to the Crusader myself.  And I love her.  Her rear spoiler allows her to cut the best figure aesthetically of the three in my eyes.  Also, insofar as her combat ability, I've yet to be disappointed in her performance although with the way I've got mine outfitted, she tends to behave more closely to the Defiant in Deep Space Nine than to the Serenity; her heavy firepower nearly outweighs her ability to power it leading to occasional weapons malfunctions (which is why I named her the Defiant Afrika).  But it's nothing a little engineering won't fix...

Not to mention that she supports multi-crew and a fighter hanger!

Hail and well met, oh mighty Pulsar, what is your command good sire?

Really that's just a joke, but the mood struck me so I found myself writing it. because of the rarely calm ocean of stars, i mean the amount of radiation going all over the place out there... it might be devoid of many physical objects, but there are plenty of other types of things to run into, or slingshot with, or dodge, as the case may be.

"Travel through hyperspace ain't like dusting crops boy!  Miscalculate and you'll fly right into a star or bounce into a supernova and that'll end your trip real quick!"

Decisions! Decisions!
Thank you for your input. I ended up stowing the Challenger after test flying my engineered krait, fighting with both ships I started to prefer the maneuverability of the challenger and question my sanity. With my krait they just get behind me way too easily and realigning is a bitch for me for some reason. For the night I jumped back into my Anaconda. I do want to try the Crusader so I may go re-buy it. Not a fan of the Challenger seat alignment and exposed cockpit, huge fan of the view. I think I'll give Crusader a chance, and definitely work my way to Clipper. Anaconda = House boat for sure.

Have you considered the wonders of the Zorgon Peterson line?
06 Nov 2018, 11:29pm
I ran out of fuel when I first started playing a few years ago, got buttmad and deleted my account and started again.

I haven't ran out since, though I have had a few near misses back when you couldn't filter for KGBFOAM stars in the Galaxy Map. That includes a trip to Colonia and back. It's quite easy to screw up if you aren't paying attention though, I would imagine.

Hello. Can someone help me? I want to rank up in the Empire i want that cutter. What is the best system to do it i have a Beluga for passenger missions and a DB if i need to land on outposts.

Obviously, Achenar is the capital so will have many factions offering empire based missions but others like the hq’s of people like Denton Patreus or Zemina Torval are also worthwhile
