LeytraThey should just allow player added bounties as a 'if they shot first and you died to them, you can set this bounty on them that other players will see but other than pvp doesn't affect them' thing. Something nice and simple to spice up the PvP community.
And the offender's mates simply cash in on their bounty, as previously pointed out.
WilliamReace mentioned how EVE handles player bounties and as I remember it, it was a good method. I also remember how EVE links your forum account to your in-game account, so you could place bounties on shitposters. I liked it
EDIT - not implying anyone here is a shitposter!

But in doing so, it still needs to be respected that playing a space-outlaw has always been a thing in the Elite franchise. Frontier don't appear to want to punish players for playing in a way that the game allows for, which is a good thing!
Yeah I certainly agree with that too - Why punish players at all... if they live by the gun, they probably die enough by it anyway.

WilliamReaceSounds like somebody just got a player made bounty put on their head(s), hahaha!
Of course I really don't know anything about it at all, as I don't play on Xbox.
It sounded cool though, and would be a interesting idea to be able to add bounty amounts to pilots that shot you down without provocation. As an additional and modifyable field in the insurance rebuy screen, so you could write down the cmdrs' name and REALLY hold a grudge, hahaha!
in a way it is a Bounty as we hunt and kill thargoids and he is trying to pretend to be us while he kills new players. but a quick Inara search shows he is in his own wing

NkizoI have a stupid question to the beta testers and people having actual knowledge over the upcoming stuff.
The upcoming ships, is any of them Small?
There is no such thing as a stupid question.
The answer to yours is no. The Krait Phantom is a variant on the existing Krait. The Mamba is similar in size and capabilities to the Fer de Lance.

Damn, it's a pity. I really like small ships and would lovea design of e.g. Zorgon-Peterson or some smaller manufacturer to rival DeLacy and Lakon combat-oriented crafts. That size really needs more love, cause since start of Beyond we had like +7 medium ships,

CMDR Truesilver - One of my all time favourite posters on the Frontier Forums has a little post here about this subject.
TL:DR or not a fan of links:
The canopy utilises the full capacity of the MRP, however the canopy takes damage from two sources, module damage and hull damage bleed (from direct hull hits) the hull damage bleed is not protected by the MRP.

thats quite some Information here ty!
well when we are back on the subject already... what purpose do Guardian MRP serve? Did someone fully understand that module?
I was believing (reading the modul description made me think so too... ) that, as long as it still has hitpoints and enough power, 100% of the module dmg gets absorbed by it...
well, the CZ i flew in yesterday tought me, i was wrong. And now im here, wondering what kind of benefit do i get for spending power into my GMRP rather than using a G5 Standard MRP

I thought the guardian modules had more corrosion resistance?

I thought the guardian modules had more corrosion resistance?
As far as i remember:
The guardian hull reinforcement got increased resistance to corrosion.
The guardian shield reinforcement is boosting your shield strength,
and, as we learned today, the guaridan modul reinforcement is a slightly better standard mrp with the downside of an increased power draw
