You mean like Hutton Orbital Truckers [ID is HUTT] whose Player Minor Faction is Hutton Orbital Truckers Cooperative which is based out of Hutton Orbital?


Well, if a PMF *chooses* to live there, fine. Their choice. But FDEV isn't obliged to give a PMF the system they ask for. I think they ask for the top 3 choices, they obviously want to do the right thing by their players. But can you imagine getting set up there as a PMF without realizing what you were getting into?

Yeah, that would be awful. Thankfully, it's unlikely, as you can't be native to a system that already has a native Player Minor Faction.

What stations have you encountered that are (most definitely) not as bad as the travel time to Hutton Orbital, but still take quite a chunk out of your time?


Any of them in the HIP 111486 system 350k plus from anywhere.

I would like to know if a NPC pilot, on a figther, can "protect" the main ship when an enemy shows up. Or are they not meant for this kind of job?

They can, there is a whole list of commands you can give your hired hand

Yes, they can! There's a command you can use in the lower interface where you can instruct your pilot to defend your ship. They, alternatively, can protect you while they're piloting your ship and you're in the smaller fighter.

I'm trying to check something on Frontier for Elite: Dangerous.

It told me my password was incorrect.

It told me I didn't have an account.

Then it told me my password was incorrect.

I reset my password.

I changed my password.

It told me I didn't have an account.

I told it to register the account.

It told me I already had an account.

I tried to login with that account.

It told me I didn't have an account.

Can someone PLEASE explain to me what the HELL is going on?
