EizoeOn the topic of the Imperial CG. First time I ever participated in a CG before and I decided to help run supplies for the Empire. Ran somewhere over a total of 10-11k for the good cause. Shame because I only joined in the last 30 hours. I have a feeling Federation has more supporters (albeit lazier and non committed ones) because the federation is the closest to our modern day western society in terms of government and overall society/culture. Thus everyone *especially the new players) who completely ignore the lore probably dive straight into Fed thinking "it's the right choice" when if they read the lore then maybe, just maybe, some of those folk would actually find themselves residing within the Empire or even the godforsaken Alliance. Definitely seems like the Empire has the strongest followers but the least amount of followers. Such an absolute shame because we can truly be an absolute powerhouse to the galaxy.

Have not heard of the videos myself unfortunately. Spent all of I think Dec 1st listening to the codex knowledge base. Knew from the start I'd fall under the Empire however after listening to the other major factions it wasn't even a debate lmao. Empire all the way. After listening to the Codex stuff I immediately decided to spend the day and the following day hauling for the Empire. Still a shame I joined too late but oh well, just barely under 100 supplies from 11k total delivered, top 25%.

Vinh KruczekDoes anyone experience issues with ship names on Xbox? Instead of the names we all see is *** ****** ***** towards each other and 100% we are sure that our ship names aren't anything vulgar or trademarked. Moreover, I noticed the same issue with Fleet Carriers.

There are no issues while importing the names onto INARA.

On paper, Krait Mk II is better than Krait Phantom due to SLF and additional Large hardpoint.

BUT.

Both ships share the same Size 7 Power Distributor, meaning Krait Phantom depletes its WEP way slower than its Krait Mk II brother. That and Krait Phantom is also a lighter ship (better jump range by default along with differences in handling after Engineering thrusters) along with better straight-line boost. The internal modules (6-5-5-5-3-3-3-2-1) also give you better control over module configuration what gives way better multipurpose modularity.

When you think about it, "that underpowered Krait" is basically Medium Size counterpart of Cobra Mk III. There's a reason why I always call Krait Phantom "True Cobra Mk IV".


The ONLY flaw I have is that none of the Krait Phantom's utility slots are on top of the ship, meaning worse coverage of Point Defenses compared to Krait Mk II.
