Yeah, yeah, I got scammed, I know - bought the damn thing 2 days before Lakon decided to promote dead stock. Meh.

The spoiler just does not work for me. If it had an aerial with an orange on it (commonly known as a citrus conversion kit) then maybe...

But as you said, it’s more an issue with the cost of engineering than the hull itself. That said, I maaaay upgrade just to get some cash back thanks to the price break. That is, if all the modules are transferable, which seems to be the case. I’ll look into it.

EpisparhFor that matter I find charging the the FSD at 0% throttle and boosting while the charge bar is 1/2 to be easier.

If there was no mass lock, I'd enter supercruise while still inside the station.

The SCAssist does not exist on any of my ships - I've ever seen the use for it after the first time I tried it and realised it does not avoid planets - you seem to need a clear path to your target else ohshitohshitohshit.

Frankly, I can use the space for other modules. Maybe I'm missing something.


The SC Assist has two main uses for me:
1) cheesing station dropping. You can shave a lot of time by using it to fly at the 5 second left speed instead of the 6/7 second left safe margin, and
2) Exploration. Point at that Tertiary star 300kls away, set the throttle to 75% and go watch youtube or something.

Yup, as soon as the countdown starts, the keypress will be remembered. Also works for entering supercruise at 30km/s, or at 75% throttle if you're already near your destination and don't want to overshoot.



For that matter I find charging the the FSD at 0% throttle and boosting while the charge bar is 1/2 to be easier.

SCA.... the fact that people are seriously discussing this makes me giggle a bit. The only use I see in that thing and it's equally dumb cousin, the docking computer, is that new players can choose to learn one thing at a time and take the training wheels off when they feel like it.

I only use it to fill this one slot on my explorer. That way I can go get a drink while my ship flies over to an earthlike 500,000ls away.

Otherwise I don't use it, including on my Type 9, because I've been flying since before it was a thing and it feels weird and slow to me.

SCA is very useful - for safely dropping from SC at 100% throttle even after passing the 0.06 mark. This can reduce travel time significantly and can protect you from being interdicted near target because of the slow down approach.

I have participated in the mission of the community to scan ammonia planets, as a result my contribution has been 48 entering 50%, the reward is 6,000,000cr, and in theory for the 75% they gave a double improved surface scanner of its effect .... BUT THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN IT TO ME ... where is the reward claimed ???

The mission ended today at 7 in the morning, in fact I have been able to collect the reward of 6,000,000 in base betancourt, but the sale of cartography seems deactivated, which last night if it could, and the improved surface scanner, They haven't given it, or at least to me ... will I have to be patient? thanks merango

You almost never receive reward from CG instantly. Most of the time it's like 2-5 days.
