The most stupid build I can propose is shieldless AX combat ship for fighting interceptors.
The 2nd one is building it for PvP combat and call it Gankers' bane.

Recently I earned the rank of Elite in Exploration and I'm interested in doing the same in Combat now. So, I'm searching for a CMDR who has an interesting build for the Dolphin, Orca or Beluga. I'm fully aware they aren't combat optimal but for the sake of my character I'm limiting my options so please consider this in any advice offered.

Good evening cmdrs
It has been brought ti my attention that there are rogue cmdr out in the black recruiting new cmdr instructing them to build mining ships with a minimal jump range placing them upon fleet carriers and taking them 800ly from the player bubble and forcing them to mine void opal and sell them for 1/6 th of the market price. These new cmdr are being instructed to build mining ships with a jump range of 2ly before being placed on this factions fleet carrier and transported 800ly to a mining ring and with a jump range of only 2ly its impossable for these cmdr to escape the forced labour leaving them no option but to either work for this faction or self destruct. Although its not against the frontier guidelines its highly frowned upon and i for one will not tolerate the exploitation of new cmdr for the gain of a single faction via slavery
I am calling for combat hardened cmdr to join up with me to create a new action based squadron to help these new cmdr being exploited and to put an end to this new threat quickly those who wish to join contact me directly for further instruction

A good reason to learn/play the game on your own for the first while until you understand things better rather than just blindly trusting people. IMO it is their own fault. No pity here.
