Why does frontier need to keep messing with the powerplay missions. I play with a group of people and we all get different mission. Thats not the problem Its consistency...... There is NONE

Do stronghold carriers have some type of rank or allegiance requirements? I did not see anything listed (and no warning about a permit) but I was not able to land on it and buy what ever I was buying.

Stronghold carrier admin: "Oi, you got a loicence for that permit!?"

I presume its power play and you need to be pledged to the controlling power.
