Something strange has come to light and I could use some guidance. I was chatting to another Cmdr about Material Inventory in the ship and for some reason he has more than me in some fields, for example Technetium, I have a limit of 100 out of 100 and he has a limit of 150 out of 150

This happened to me when I reset one of my accounts - 100 max
It was at 150 when I logged back into the game on my next session - minor bug maybe?

right this is strange, cmdr Irishdavo came with me to the shards and ye, i have 150 and he's only got 100. i thought maybe it was some sort of levelling system in the game cos i have been in the game for many years and he's relatively new.

Makes you wonder what for exactly? Are they going to take the delegates on a cruise through the 3 superpowers? Does he want to abduct them to the Coalsack? The possibilities!

Check at a material trader.
There are no grade 5 raw materials.
All grade 4 should have 150 cap.

All grade 4 should have 150 cap.
that's not quite it. There seems to be a difference between trader levels and something else (rarity maybe? idk) either way some mats are listed as both in some places
