One advise:
Let others attack first if you are not ready for the beating. The NPCs will attack who ever shot them first. When I use ship with SLF I am sending it first to attack. NPCs take the bait and start chasing the SLF,  then I start chasing them from their six.

We had some bad luck with the spawn but still I've made around 15 mil since you joined me - 26 mil in total.

I literally stayed one day away from the game and Top 10 is 300mi and i dont think i can actually muster enough effort to try and do that solo, even when i get 17mi every run. Fuck my life.

Yeah, probably gonna need a billion bounty credits to make top 10. I am very satisfied to be among the plebes in the top 10%.

Wow... sounds like this CG is through the roof! Not sure I'll stand a chance even if I get back from Colonia on Monday.

If it makes you feel better, a free Fed Assault Ship saves you ~20 million purchase cost and ~1 million in rebuy. As it stands at the moment of writing this, if you fall just short of top 10 you'd still have earned enough for the FAS and at least 40 rebuys not including whatever the actual credit reward you get when the CG ends.

I've done the math and in order to hit top ten I'd have to double my output via a full wing of No Lifers. I use the above logic to console myself At this point I'm just doing the CG to get my Elite Combat Rating.

Ah, top 10 is for people who spent their life in the game. If you do 1-3 hours per day and  using an effective build you can hope for top 10%.

Sigh. Me villain? That would be interesting. Just remember I am independent and  most of the time lawful

...maybe a mean guy...

But anyway, I was trying to encourage you. Being among people, requires things. Having things require  work.

Top 25% is easy then - you can enter with just 1-2 hours BH in Haz RES.
