Looks like it will be.

Something interesting just happened: the threshold for the top 10% just decreased for the first time. It was over 100,900,000 Cr earlier today; now it's below 100,200,000 Cr. Meanwhile the number of participants is rising faster than before.

I guess more and more people are realizing that shooting down just one wanted Sidewinder in a lowRES now will earn them 1,400,000 Cr for participating in the CG. Easy money!

No, think you’re using old screenshot. Top 10% is now 102 mill
... and elite eagles only earn me 200k

Consider this as advance notice if you use its service in LHS 2065.

Would but not going to get on thegame til around then and want to grab the new fsd before heading blackward.

SCB on a Chieftain... if you do so better swap the HRPs with shield reinforcement packages.

My personal preferences go to fast recharging bi-weave with a tons of resistances + HRPs/MRPs.

What is the purpose of this build anyway ?

The Federation is working with Sirius Corporation to offer bounty hunting opportunities to protect the diplomatic conference.

Thanks to the generosity of the Federation, the top 10 participants will receive a Federal Assault Ship. The ship will be delivered and stored at Ashby City starport in the Luyten's Star system by the 6th of March 3307.

The joint initiative will run for one week, after which Sirius Corporation will partner with the Empire to provide for the needs and security of the conference.

Emphasis added. Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but it sounds like the next CG will be just like this one, but with free Clippers for the top 10 and maybe paint jobs for the Imp Eagle.

Hey, commanders.

Earlier this week I arrived in Colonia for the first time. Trying to do some missions to unlock the Colonia-based engineers.. But now I notice that hyperspace jumping between systems in the Colonia region takes a LOT longer than jumps in the Bubble. I am in hyperspace for two to three minutes before I actually arrive.

I can't really find any threads about this anywhere on the internet. Might it have something to do with my graphics settings?

More likely with your internet connection. The game communicates with Frontier's servers during each jump. It may also look for other players if you fly in open. When this handshake takes longer, the jump sequence will be extended. The effect is similar to the blue "Braben tunnel" that sometimes occurs when switching between supercruise and normal flight. If the connection fails entirely, you may get logged out with the "orange Sidewinder" error message.

Are you flying in open? If so, try solo and see if that makes a difference.
