If you are losing to NPCs, check your controller is giving full range output for the main axes, or improve your technique.

HoleyMcMoleyEven the T-9 can beat any NPC interdiction. I used it to build my funds and rank until I could buy the big three.

To be fair, if there is a ship you're going to fail NPC interdictions in it is the T9.

It can.
But, if you make a mistake, and even tbe most experiancex cmdr can make a mistake, it does not usually end well in a T9.

Synthya WylderSomething I've been wondering as of late, with the impending Alpha release of Odyssey (did I hear, early March, possibly the 3rd?) has anyone any idea if the player that has signed up for the Alpha, have to go to or be at any particular place such as a station or carrier in order to access those items needed to be able to achieve actually stepping out of their ship (or SRV) on the surface of the worlds where they're able?
I'd imagine that once Alpha drops, there'll be instructions on how to access walking around, but it'll be universal much like how the SRVs are universal, and it's just dependent on getting to a place where it would be allowed in-game.

And usually it is hosted on a separate server with instructions of how to access the new specific content.

From the info given by the CM's (possibly Dev's too) we will have everything we need to set foot on eligible planets.
We have yet to know how the more specialised suits are acquired.

This CG has made me realise not to take the game for granted. I turned up late in a second rate combat ship, dividing the bounty with a pilot and still expected to do well. Just because it had been easy in the past, I expected it to be easy again - there wasn't even anything decent on offer.
So I just hit 45 mill - an amount that has got me into top 10% previously.
Still 5 mill off getting into the top 25% bracket.
and it will get no closer. I will bow my head and be happy with average.

Sir SprockettWell I did some of the CG this eve and I can tell you they are not your average NPC pirates.. I could barely get the shields down on an ASP X - naah cant be arsed with that, Courier not for this job!
You know that you can hand in ANY bounties for Sirius Corp, i.e. also those for standard average NPC pirates at the compromised nav beacon/in hazRES of Sirius Corp led system?

I've turned in around 105 mil and can do about 15-25 mil per hour in a haz res depending on how lucky I am, but I can't imagine going THAT hard. Even at my fastest 100% of the time, it would take me 48 hours to be number 1 xD

Sakashiro
Will it be enough?
Looks like it will be.
Something interesting just happened: the threshold for the top 10% just decreased for the first time. It was over 100,900,000 Cr earlier today; now it's below 100,200,000 Cr. Meanwhile the number of participants is rising faster than before.
I guess more and more people are realizing that shooting down just one wanted Sidewinder in a lowRES now will earn them 1,400,000 Cr for participating in the CG. Easy money!

That's funny! If I were you though, I'd throw in another ten million or so to be a little safer.
