Thanatos au GrimmusYeah, this is the week that I will hopefully be getting my prismatic shields from AD. They certainly will be costly, but I think they will add a fun dimension to the game, whether in PvE or PvP (which I will eventually get into).

I'm still reluctant to get into PvP. Except for gank evasion. I like that. But I guess it's not really PvP if I don't stay around and return fire.

Simplest way - visit High Grade Emission USS signals.

this drops rarer stuff.

you can trade these down for other items at an appropiate materials trader.

I just visit lots of USS when I do this though, and get a raft of many various things.

Others should tell you of various methods you can employ to milk one HGE...

All this talk of shields and SCBs.  I have a much simpler question.

How do you tell what your MJ shield strength is?

I have a build which seems to be doing okay but when I export from Inara
to Coriolis it says Shield absolute: 693Mj, Kinetic 1,139Mj and thermal only 569MJ.  
to EDSY, it says    Shield absolute: 1,792Mj, Kinetic 3,063Mj and thermal 3,676Mj.

Which one is correct and how should I be reading them? I'll add the image if I can tho my track record for this is pretty poor.

Yup. I was landing on a station to complete an active contract, with flightstick in one hand and a cup of tea in another. And they offered me a reward option that included 16 tons of tea.

I just turned in bounties for 4 different factions. There was no option to turn in only part of the accrued bounty per faction.
