Who knows why, at a time like this, neither the Federation nor the Empire give temporary access to the system to independent pilots so they can help with evacuation. Is it better to let people get hurt than to give temporary access?

How did you get the mission payouts too?
I did triangular runs. Took sourcing mission from A while buying coffee / meat. Fly to 2 jumps to Sirius for CG, then 1 jump back to B fulfill mission cargo and back to A for payout. Rinse and repeat
I never thought to do that, lol

Alas, none of the locations I visited so far (Rhea and Achenar) seems to be offering any high grade materials even when allied.
That is a very common misconception. Yesterday, one of the CM's said also that he will collect tons of mats with that resque. It is a lie. Resque mission never give valuable high grade mats. They are good only because it is just a close range and stack a lot of them. This makes them perfect for reputation grind. My advise is take rep++ else CR. If you need mats there are far more effective ways.

Has any Commanders noticed that the BGS may be broken 'again'? (Note: You can tell if the BGS is broken by noticeable large swings in System Faction Influence, Mission Board being non-responsive to player activity, and little to no effect of player activity on the System Influence as a whole.) Obviously, I am speaking in terms of 3 or more players operating in a System, as a single player can do little to apply significant Influence changes in a System.
Please offer your feedback so we may properly inform Frontier.

I had no problems with BGS lately.

due to the recent attacks on the core systems, we have issued a denial of docking to all kumo crew and wanted ships. Exceptions to this include previous business contacts, commanders that are known to provide tritium and mined materials, as well as personal friends of Alexandrovich Shernovshenko (CMDR APEXELITE 3303). due to these trying circumstances, we have moved the IFC Ignatenko to the witch head nebula, and are closely collaborating with local authorities to ensure the safety of the carrier. this may change as we gather more information, and preparations are currently being made to jump to the NANNOMAN system, to ensure the survival of refugees. we ask all commanders currently stationed in the witch head nebula to help us with patrol routes around the carrier, and in the baldecher system. as always, tritium is always accepted at the IFC ignatenko, and is currently being bought for 200% galactic average.

That's Corvette drivers all over. They don't use indicator lights while turning corners either!
the wiki has this to say on the subject of ramming: 'While no penalties will be incurred for speeding in itself, if you collide with another ship while speeding then fines or bounties will be incurred. Ship destruction within a short window of time after a collision above the speed limit causes a fine and counts as killing. This means that bounty vouchers can be collected for criminals by ramming them to death (while still getting a fine for speeding!). You will also get a bounty yourself if you ram a clean person to death.'

Fatty Bum BumI was coming out of the burning station at Rhea. By big Beluga got its tail stuck in the slot as it left. This in turn blocked a Corvette who was about to enter.
