QuillmonkeyHi guys. Just wanted to drop a quick update on my glitch situation after you were all so helpful.

Situation still occurs but is much better now Frontier Support are involved. The game is pretty playable again, though I have to rest the FDL because there is no way I can use fixed weapons any more. Core mining is also out for similar reasons but I can still investigate shit and do some trade (with autodock).

For combat, I’ve been playing with the all laser turret T-10 and while afk is not a long-term solution, I’ve managed to keep the massa-stack to around the 100 mill a day. Mind it takes ages to prep and then sitting there doing little more than popping out collector limpets when needed is not my idea of combat.

Still more fixes to try so I’ll let you know how they go and cheers for the good advice. Good luck to those of you who purchased the Odyssey Alpha.

Burstar Hmm, I just experienced something similar to what you are. I was in an Icy Ring Low RES and would get micro pauses/stuttering/bogged down for about a second every 20 seconds or so like clockwork. My system handled the game at full Ultra settings no problem, and between these stutters the game runs perfectly smooth. What's weird is that the game only takes 50% CPU and 40% GPU on Ultra settings unless I'm using the VR. The only other resource demand that seems relevant in the Task Manager is the System process demand which spikes to 15% around these pauses. It's a Kernel thing and I don't know how to delve deeper to figure out what the problem is.

I've never had this issue before and haven't changed anything. I should add the System process spikes stop as soon as I leave the Icy Ring.

BolokayI seem to have a missing ship issue. A couple of months ago, I grinded the Fed rep and bought the Federal Corvette. At the time, I had two other ships, a fully kitted out Anaconda (about 400 million credits in value) and a Python that I used for passenger transport missions and for the Fed grind. I had my Anaconda and Python docked at Hausers Reach in Robigo, and I took my Fed Corvette for a spin, kitting it out, going mining, blowing some ships up etc... I then took a couple month break, returning to the game about a week ago. I then went back to Hausers Reach in my Corvette, planning to sell my Anaconda. But I found it missing. The ship was not in docked at the station, and it wasn't in my stored ships at a different station. I never sold my Anaconda, and yet it just disappeared. On Inara, it says that I have an Anaconda docked at Hausers Reach as I suspected. My Python is untouched, along with my Fed Corvette. I was wondering if this ever happened to anyone, and if so how should I go about possibly fixing it?

Yeah Inara says its there but doesn't give info on where. Have you linked your game account api back up to Inara lately?
The other thing is that Inara says you only ranked up and bought your vette last week (rank rear admiral 19th March 2021, Bought corvette 28th March 2021), so maybe you've not got the latest info coming through here.

Well, according your cAPI profile, I am afraid the Anaconda is not there either (so it will disappear even on Inara sooner or later, when the full fleet update kicks in). But, I've heard about some ships disappearing from another player just a few days ago, so you may be onto something and it will be best to reach Frontier's support. Or you have just sold the ship, forgot about it and no Inara update was made back then.
