XGN BlazeShadowWhat would be the most spacious medium ship for trading?

I think that'd be the Python and the Krait Mk II (if you don't install an SLF bay in the latter).

Krait mk2 have one less size 6 slot , so no way it will match Python.

Python it is then

BombusHello!

Tell me, if I study the Guardians' shield enhancer from a tech broker, then can I buy them for any ship, or i must open a blueprint for each ship? And modules of the Guardians, open immediately in all sizes, or i need to recognize them in turn and spend resources each time?

If you unlock the guardian tech you can buy it for every ship you want in a starport with guardian tech broker.

Would be awesome if they created docking tubes for large ships at the orbital stations just for cargo

I think it would be cooler if you could just radio in to a station for non-supply related services. Pay fines, turn in non-tangible reward missions, get more missions, check their prices, etc... without having to dock every time. Will never happen though I'm sure.

why not just have little transport craft that shuttle between your ship's cargo hold and the station? They could even use an automated entrance to keep the mail slot free. Previous versions of Elite had cargo transporters. You could purchase and fly them, though they were entirely pointless to own. Mostly there coz players had huge ships that couldn't fit in the stations such as Panther Clipper and the Boa.

It could even make use of the SLF system. Perhaps a small cargo shuttle that only just fits in the SLF hangar? It wouldn't be able to carry much but it's better than nothing I suppose. Maybe even make it so you can automate it while you go make some food or something if you're unloading a bunch of cargo, because auto-dock is a thing.

That would create an unfair environment in open play as the shuttles would clog up the landing pads

There are limpets, the great unsung heroes; seems they would be capable of ferrying items to & fro, & they already exist in-game.

Well what I had in mind were outposts, because quite a few models have a miniture mailslot that is too small for anything bar ship launched craft and maybe the sidewinder. They're currently unused (to my knowledge) and impenetrable. A shuttle would be useless at a larger station because those have large landing pads, so you could just land and unload all your cargo at once. So I think there's room for a very niche use for them.

There is a sucker born every minute.... yeah PT, there is. Take an expensive contract to deliver goods without looking closely to see what the distance to station is... 225,000 Ls.... at least the sucker is orange flavored, so it’s not a total loss

I'm not sure if this really applies to this channel, but, i am going to be switching from Playstation to Xbox soon, will i be able to transfer my Frontier account to my Xbox, and pick up in ED where i left off on PS4? Or will i have to start over?

Now that's a CG I would have never guessed could be a thing: A trade- and pirate-hunting-CG by Kumo Crew
