FlyermateI have a connection issue between Frontier and Inara on Xbox One. I tried linking thru Frontier with no joy. Does Inara require direct llink thru Xbox One instead for data updates. I am a "Some times" intermittent player.

Yes, please link through Xbox for the Xbox platform commander.

Back when I was mining for LTDs and VOs using my carrier, I was simply using the money I earned from mining those super valuable minerals to buy tritium straight from the market, which was 40k per ton usually. Sometimes you could get it for like 4k per ton but those were too much of a pain in the ass to find. I don't know what to mine now though, but since I still have a bunch of money saved up I just buy the tritium from the market still even though it's 50k per ton now.

Yeah, heard about CNBs and massacre-stacking-bh, but I'm not pushing on the grind, just doing stuff that I find attractive to me personally. Just... If I can hit Triple playing for three months and without any "inner controversies", then why don't do it?


Thats awesome really. Otherwise you can burn out quickly in Elite.

Modular Terminals Machinery - can not be found anywhere. Along with the rewards that seem to be a problem, there is no restock of Modular Terminals anywhere in the galaxy? What is going on. I am stuck and can not go to the next engineer.

Does anyone have any insight on this or is this an error in my search?

They are mission-reward cargo, you have to do missions to obtain them. Or maybe some private carrier may sell them from time to time.

Because while chasing bigger numbers and shinier goodies people often forget how amazing and immersive this world is.

p.s. Btw, talking about ranks being badly unbalanced. Heard about missions and exploration gave substantially less money years ago, and Trader and Explorer ranks are based on income, while Combat is calculated using the kill tally. So when rewards ramped up, you could do much less of trading and exploration to get a high rank, but 1 kill is always 1 kill, no matter how large bonds/bounties are.

I have modular terminals on my fleet carrier. Problem is it's 800 ly away from the Bubble right now. Will be back at Monday. So you can wait, get it from other carrier (information can be outdated tho) or from missions. If I recall correctly passenger missions is a good way.

I guess they're for unlocking some engineer, can't recall the name though. But I remember doing it by two trash-simple missions.
