Can you explain why you think a legal game function is exploit?




Oh so you are saying FDEV left that option open on purpose... I see.



I see it as the same as logging in and out of the game to farm mats, which Fdev does not consider an exploit.


Ok.. what do I know? I assumed they were "bugs" that still needed fixing...

50 million credits for killing 30 civilian ships, all of them ranked deadly. I want more of that!

But these missions spawn some of the toughest Sidewinders I've ever seen. And they are slippery a.f., high-waking out faster than I could fry them. So I paid a visit to Uncle Broo and added thermal conduit to all of my beams. I usually assign only two pips to WEP to protect my ship from heat damage, and because my targets don't run away. But for these spec ops I need more damage output in a shorter period of time, overheating be damned.

Now I need to find more of these missions. Any advice? The wiki says they occur frequently in civil war systems.

This may seem like a dumb question but I assume that we can chat in-game and make friends across platforms? I've never actually made any friends in-game and have no one in my contact list. I've never tried it since I don't have PS+ and therefore cant play in OPEN (yet?)

Im on a PS4.. does that mean I can only make friends with ppl who have PS4 (in-game) or who have PS+? or both? But esp. can I talk to ppl on xbox or pc as well?

Not a dumb question at all. As far as I know, however, you can't send a friend request or message someone who's on another platform.

I believe this is down to the companies who own the different platforms, rather than any limitation imposed by FDev.

It's a good system for stacking pirate massacre missions (multiple different factions across two neighbouring systems all offer massacre missions for the same pirate faction). That's one of the big gold rushes at the moment, so I guess that's why.

Many of the systems I frequent have none but I'm only 50 LY away from the edge of the bubble at most. It's comfy out here. One of my other bounty hunting systems had almost no one using it and many systems have very little traffic. There are PMF's out here but most of them are kinda small/inactive.
