I see it as the same as logging in and out of the game to farm mats, which Fdev does not consider an exploit.

Lists of tools for E:D - I'm sure others will chime in to add others, & either recommend the better ones or advise against others. As you can see, the list in those links is quite long. When faced with such a large selection, I'd go with others' recommendations & seek consensus.

They know it exists and have had forever to change it if they wished. Seems to me they are okay with it. Even if it is an exploit, it is sanctioned.

StarWalkingSageI just feel it should be known I found a crew pilot with alot of potential. He is skilled in a fighter. His name is Dong Daniels. This guy is gonna be a legend. Dong always finds a way to penetrate the enemy defenses.
I could be wrong, but I actually don't think it matters which one you choose, only the level at which they're hired.
Working a SLF pilot up from the lowest level will cost you the least if you plan on keeping them.

I did think that is what you meant, but wanted to make sure. Thanks for the quick trip home from my current destination. thought i was in for another long haul. it was fun but i want o get back and do something else for a while.

Tengri UmaiI was doing some reading re: shield regen, & it said that if you use shield boosters, they slow that down
Boosters don't slow down regeneration. It's constant. You just need to regenerate more shields so it will take more time.
If you turn of your boosters while your ships shield is regenerating your shield will come back online quicker. Then you can use SC banks to get them up tostrength. Also full pips to sys will make your shield stronger and it will take longer for fire to bring it down.
