Aleksander MajjamThe Frontier forums are so odd. There are people there openly telling others they need to calm down it's not that bad, its their fault that their performance is bad, and that they are whiners for posting negative about the game.
If you were to try that in Cyberpunk's and No Mans Sky forums during release, you'd get absolutely eviscerated.
I mean sth is broken... my game looks the same on low as it does on high... and framerate is just as bad...

If this was truly the case, you'd see the same behavior in other gaming communities with similar questionable releases. And in those cases, what keeps the community from in-fighting among themselves is realizing that they are dealing with a multi-million dollar company that's asking money for a relatively unfinished product. In any case, my only stake in this fight is that I'm having issues on Horizon as well.

Odyssey is going through the same growing pains as Horizons did. I remember the amount of complaining that went on then and it's no different now.
It will get better. Just give it time. And before someone says "well they shouldn't have released it," that's probably true - but considering how starved the community has been for content over the past three, almost four years, there's no telling how the community would be now. If Odyssey had been postponed, the community would've lost its collective shit. So it comes down to which flavor of shit sandwich you'd prefer. Either way, the bitching is inevitable.
