Amata LireinGALNET - 08 JUL 3307 - Independence Spreads from Azaladshu System
*Pilots Federation ALERT*
The Azaladshu Free faction has defeated the forces of Neche Inc and retained independence from the Federation.
As a result, the Azaladshu, LFT 824, LHS 277 and LTT 3919 systems have confirmed their independent status. The victory also inspired the Coalition of Uteran, Lp 726-6 Free and Gluscap Labour factions to secede from the Federation, affecting all systems under their control.
Mayor Constanza Noguera, leader of Azaladshu Free, declared:
“A Federation that abuses the rights of its people has no authority. With the help of our loyal supporters, we’ve made a stand for dignity and civil rights.”
The situation has caused turmoil in Congress, with President Zachary Hudson being criticised for his inability to contain this rebellion.
Shadow President Felicia Winters responded to accusations that she orchestrated the seceding factions:
“I support their rejection of our harsh surveillance laws, but not their methods of protest. I have no wish to see the Federation lose member systems for any reason.”
Pilots who supported the Azaladshu Free faction can collect their rewards at Eratosthenes Ring station.

Perhaps it wasn't quite as bad as the Federation losing by the full eight tiers, which would most likely have meant even Sol choosing to leave the Federation, but it was pretty bad.

I have two accounts; one is on Frontier, and the other is through Epic Games. I can find the Frontier account's bindings folder, but there does not appear to be one on the Epic account as far as I can tell. I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Try to run a search for a file with the same name (Custom.3.0.binds for Horizons, Custom.4.0.binds for Odyssey) on a drive where's your Epic Games copy is placed.

Yes, they do. Worth also to mention that Horizons bindings are 3.0 while Odyssey are 4.0. If you switch betwee clients you need to re-select your bindings as they are reset to some defaults.

The path in Sakashiro's reply is present in my Frontier account folder, but not in my Epic one. The Epic folder goes as follows:
C:\Users\[MyUserName]\AppData\Local\FrontierDevelopments
but there is no folder named Elite Dangerous in that last one. Instead there are the following four folders:
EDLaunch.exe_url_ and a bunch of numbers and letters, file dated April 2019 (way before I got the Epic account)
EDLaunch.exe_url_ and a different bunch of numbers and letters, file dated May 2021 (after I got the Epic account)
Logs
Products
There's then also an XML doc named Specs.
The Logs folder contains one text doc, named Client.
The Products folder contains three folders and an XML doc called VirtualCache. The three folders are:
Elite-Dangerous-64
Elite-Dangerous-Odyssey-64
Public_Test_Server_64
In each of the first two there's a folder called ControlSchemes, inside which are a lot of what look like standard default binds for various devices. I can't see anything here which refers to a custom bind of any sort.
As well as the Control Schemes folder there are:
Logs
Movies
Openvr
OptionDefaults
PlanetShaders
Win64
followed by a couple of dozen XML and application extension docs.

Veronica VayleAs I mentioned before, there are two Frontier Developments folders present on my PC. One has the Bindings path, the other (ie the Epic one) does not. Unless the game on the Epic client is using the Bindings in the Frontier folder, is that it?
It is my belief that is what he is saying.
