I've never seen that happening. Are playing in Horizons or Odyssey?

Regardless, have you tried to verify game files?

Here's hoping that you get if sorted. It must be frustrating!

Horizons. I dont own Odyssey.
Which pisses me off even more. XD

"Dont own our latest DLC? Have a taste! Here's all the shit parts without an of the good bits". Rotfl
Dont worry, iam fake laughing, only the tears are real.

Yeah. I tried that. No difference. I posted an issue ticket.
At noon, there were 4 or 5 of us only.
Iam not worried about. Ill wait till they fix it and be back then. (That is, if and when)

It might actually be network issue too. I've been noticing since patch that when I'm on/near the surface terrain details are sporadically not loading in unless I sit in an area for a minute or 2. You might try disabling your router firewall as a 10 minute test to see if that helps. If it does I recommend doing this if you plan on bug reporting, and thisto minimize network issues as much as you can from your end.

How many people are having connection problems? I haven't done anything since the CG that finished on the 13th of May. Earlier this week it took me 3 or 4 attempts to get my Corvette from the Harmony Shield megaship to Jamesons Memorial with the server connection problems. Last night I thought I'd have a go at the new CG to get the scanner. I figured that I'd use my Type-9, between checking a couple of modules on the Corvette and changing to the Type-9, I had 4 server disconnections. I didn't even get any modules changed over. I have had the very occasional server connection problems after a jump before Odyssey came along, but now I can't do more that 5-10 minutes without being kicked off. Can't remember what the error code was, I'll recheck tonight.

Edit: It's Mauve Adder code.

last days so far no connection problems, but i got that adder error code some times a week ago.. usually i had to discommect / reconnect my internet connection than it workes fine.. seems to be a communication error between the client and the server for me.

Synthya WylderI can't imagine a reason why anyone would want to know anything about a system without pausing a moment to honk it, unless perhaps than popping in merely as a waypoint, possibly scooping fuel, & continuing on in a rush somewhere else.

But, I'm mainly an explorer, so it's second nature to me.

Is this issue a result of any recent update? If so, I haven't encountered it yet, as it's been a few days since I've logged in to play.

Pausing is no bueno when you're hauling 30 mil in cargo. You have to get parked or to the next system ASAP. And the way sensors are stupidly tied to a fire group makes honking inconvenient if you want to be ready for trouble. I usually have time to honk while I'm scooping or waiting for the FSD to charge. But I don't stop to do it.

If anything, what I noticed is that my Xbox Series has issues with ED after the last patch, because it's the only game that has serious fan work at times. No other game does that.

I never go exploring with any kind of cargo that would interest a pirate. I pop in & scoop if needed, then pop right out again. Only after I sell the cargo do I go exploring, FSS then DSS if there's anything worthwhile.

IMO, an exploration build isn't conducive to hauling, & vice-versa.

Is there any sense and reason to go exploring with something in your cargo bay?

Chocolate Gateau, lots and lots of Chocolate Gateau, and mint-choc milkshakes should take up most of your cargo space.

I took a size 5 bay out with me on a 4 month trip to the southern rim, and the only thing I had in it was 2 or 3 limpets I had synthesised to use in my repair controller.

I don't know if a cargo bay is going to be needed under ED O, but I don't think so beyond a lil space for the odd limpet.

Cargo for limpets and eventually tissue collection.

The only thing I can think of is if you're doing those long range Site seeing passenger missions that earn 50mill or whatever. You might need to bring some luxury goods just in case.

I've never done it though and at that point are you exploring or doing passenger missions? /shrug

I'll usually go exploring with at least a few limpets in my cargo hold, just in case I happen to pop into a system in the middle of 2 or more close-orbiting stars, & that has happened.

I've never had or used a AMFU (yet) & if things got that bad, I can always re-boot to repair as needed & limp somewhere that I can get a complete repair. AFMU won't repair the hull, though, hence why I do equip a repair module & at least a few limpets - their mass doesn't deduct that much from my jump range & I'd rather save my materials synthesizing limpets if I happen to need them. I consider it a small price to pay.
