You are missing then. AX combat is the PvE end game and the closest thing to a boss fights in RPGs.

If one knows what they are doing. It takes skill to kill a Thargoid, the right ship set-up and the know-how to turn it into a lucrative venture.

Once upon a time I had a AX Krait on ps4. Engineered it but I was only good enough to pick on Thargoid babies. I suck with Interceptors. Solo at least

EpisparhBut then you want to waste effort to engineer an useless type-9 designed to suffer. I get it

The T-9 is my ATM. You know I hate mining, but days ago I earned almost half a billion in two game sessions just by carrying cargo. That's why I want an engineered version of that ship and make it a permanent member of my fleet. Even if it turns out not good enough to survive in open, it will still be a valuable asset.

im not sure what you people do in open where its so dangerous lol.
i rarely see any other commanders these days and when i do they are usually in stations.

Is fa off required against thargoids? I tried, despite the guide, it was hard for me to hit the red scouts, the ones that shoot caustic missiles. I know ax multi cannon are better on them but I don't want to fly somewhere and replace. I had one fight with interceptor. I broke one heart but then I had trouble getting rid of the swarms because fa off thing. The only thing I can do is train for while I was using krait mk2 if anyone wonders what ship. With ax build for beginners

FA off is absolutely not required for AX combat, but it does help if you are good with it. ED Twitch SC news or whatever has an AX stream right now if you're interested.

With krait you can do boost orbiting, just do not jump on Basilisk. Spam heat sinks and do not get under 800m . Boost orbiting will require also some pip management.

Okay, I need some help please. I want to travel here. Unfortunately, my 47LY Krait Phantom can't make it due to Route Plotting failure. If anyone here has been to that site, what is the ideal jump range I should be aiming for?

Not tried ax yet and what with Cornsar being non impy/fedneck I guess it might be time to swing the carrier in that direction

I think I'd like to try a little AX combat....I built a Krait MKII long ago but never really got into it....if anyone could take a look at it and makes suggestions I'd really appreciate that...

My AX Krait

I do have almost every AX module opened except maybe the fighters....need to check later in game....so if anything needs to change I probably have access to it...

Thanks in advance!!

The build is fine for scouts. If you want to fight the big flowers you will need gauss cannons and some knowledge of the mechanics.

-Knight-Okay, I need some help please. I want to travel here. Unfortunately, my 47LY Krait Phantom can't make it due to Route Plotting failure. If anyone here has been to that site, what is the ideal jump range I should be aiming for?

That destination can be reached with this route:

https://spansh.co.uk/exact-plotter/results/E17F534A-172E-11EC-94CB-3DAE94EB4526

With a Krait Mk II configured like this: https://s.orbis.zone/gfwi

To answer the question: You're looking at a 45 ly Krait which can final jump at 55 ly

-Added-
You might try enabling all stars in your galaxy map, as the in game calculator might be failing out because you need to jump to a dwarf or neutron star to supercharge to make it.
