I can confirm it is there. However there are four crashed ship sites as well, so you'll have to look for the right one.
Just popping in here to add that when I arrived I had like 12 crash sites. To save y'all some time and potentially some frustration. Just open each crash site POI in the nav menu and find the one that ISN'T marked "salvage".

It’s the only one that has the exploration icon showing in the navigation panel (in Horizons at least).

Technically that doesn't make it a freebie, because you had to work hard to get it.
The Cutter and carrier discounts on the other hand were available to everyone, even to those who did not participate in the CGs (like me
