Similarly to how normal ranks works: some combat mission are available after a certain combat rank. Some passenger missions are only available after certain trade/exploration rank. Same apply for some trade missions.
Edit: Hm, that may no longer be a thing ... cannot find such requirements in EDO.

I could be wrong here but I don't think any ill will was intended to be implied here. I think it's just a poor attempt at a play on words. Royal Knights were often called "Sir" and the person making the sarcastic comment about EDs ranks has "Sir" in his username. Maybe I'm looking at it too surface level? I don't know it just didn't come off as malicious from my perspective. But then again, I call myself "Light" and I'm definitely not the "brightest" person here.

SalmoneaGuys I dunno how its possible but abadonned settlement Taylors keep from 12 Trianguli system disappeared. I was scaning planet with surface scanner. I am on coordinates -51.57, 130.66 and here is nothing. WTF?[img=1007x569]https://inara.cz/data/gallery/190/190090x2005.jpg[/img]

It should be a ghost town. Thats ok. But there are no ghost and even town.
That is a big problem. I wonder if it's a bug? That would be a very big problem.
