TagirgSeeing a ton of Pythons doing passenger missions in Robigo Mines ist just stupid

Python is the best ship for the worst activities.

Given its multipurposeness, yes.

How can a multipurpose ship be better at carrying people than an actual bus..? Oo

Saud Kruger ships only advantage is luxury cabins.
Fun fact - the ship that have best passengers carry potential in the game is ...

Federal Corvette

TagirgFollowing this I would appreciate having "passenger slots" in ships like the dolphin, orca and beluga. Seeing a ton of Pythons doing passenger missions in Robigo Mines ist just stupid

Glad to see I'm not the only one who think's it is stupid that Saud Kruger ships aren't the best for passenger hauling when that is what they are actually made for.

And then we have this..... purpose built passenger ships not being as good of passenger haulers as a purpose built combat ship.......

IMO easy fixes that ED needs to have ships make more sense. Type 7 and Clipper need to be modified to be able to use medium landing pads. Saud Kruger ships need additional module bays only restrict them to passenger cabins only. That way they can actually be the best for passenger hauling.

Bye bye, T-10!

Bye bye, Conda!

Bye bye, Lance!

Bye bye, Python!

Bye bye, other Python!

Frags are so OP, it's ridiculous. Too bad they carry so little ammo. Basically useless for PvE unless there's a station or carrier nearby.

As I understand it, frag's are mostly good for very limited PvP. Mostly ganking as trying to use them against multiple enemies just means running out of ammo. But they should be good for a couple kills.

I can kill three ships, four if I'm lucky, then it's RTB. At least I don't need heavy and power-hungry bi-weave shields, D-rated is enough. I recharge them at the station.

It's probably a pretty good starter ship for ganking. High DPS, but still fast enough to avoid a rebuy if outgunned.

I would agree if you triple the price of t7. Double the price of the clipper and cut it's speed down with 18%. Dolphin is fine as it is. It is best of smaller ship in a lot of categories. Orca though - nah , if you give her more you should take out the speed. 640 m/s is way too fast for a bus.

You are using the wrong engineering. Overcharged is far more efficient for PvE. It is +70% damage per ammo. I told you to not look at DPS and sustained DPS values but at damage instead.

But yes, if you are used to stay in a RES for hours killing ships slowly, frags are not the weapon for that. Frags are alpha damage type of armament, ideal for high rep assassination missions and other similar scenarios.

Frags in PvP are more of utility weapon for large ships. They come with a particular flaw - you must be close and damage is subject to resistance. PAs and rails are meta for a reason.

If by ganking you mean shooting unaware players who freak out from NPC interdiction I would agree. Any half decent PvP pilot will eat your courier as a starter.

Douple the price sure (maybe 2.5 times). Tripling the price of the T7 makes it 3/4 the price of Type 9 so that seems a tad high IMO.

Doubling the Clipper cost makes sense. It's currently about 1/10th that of the Cutter. Not sure about changing it's speed though. Then again, I just skipped over that ship and went straight for the Cutter.

No comments for the Orca. In agreement that a bus shouldn't be running like a sports car.

Beluga is physically the single largest pilotable ship in the game. It has no excuse to not be the best large ship for hauling the most passengers.

Type-7 price x3 is still less than a Python. I think it is good as it is. If you want a cheap hauler this is the way.

Clipper is very fast ship. Speed wise it is comparable to a Mamba but with far better handling. Why you suggest a ship adjustment if you are not familiar with it?

Because the Clipper being classified as a "large" ship makes zero sense. Also the Empire just goes from small to large with no medium. It's why I skipped the Clipper. Why get it when it has to use the same landing sites as a Cutter? Just get the Cutter instead. The clipper would be perfect for the medium roll.

If you look at videos, 95% of ganks are like that. Players in under-engineered ships, straightlining and not knowing what to do.
